汤亭亭作品中的文学共生研究

汤亭亭(1940-)是美国亚裔文学“名气最大并最有争议的作家之一”,1976年发表的处女作《女勇士》及其后来作品,为美国亚裔文学的繁荣做出了巨大贡献,使其被美国主流认可。国内外对汤亭亭及其作品的研究已经取得了丰硕成果,本文以此为基础,尝试将汤亭亭三部代表作——《女勇士》(1976)、《中国佬》(1980)和《孙行者》(1989)视为“美国华裔经验三部曲”进行研究,探讨作品中的文学共生现象以及由此形成的汤亭亭后现代美学。以共生为视域审视三部作品,本文力图融合内容研究与形式分析,期待对“汤亭亭批评”提供一些新的思考。论文由绪论、三个章节以及结论等组成。绪论介绍汤亭亭的文学成就,对国内外研究现状进行详尽综述,阐述论文的理论框架以及研究方法。在理论框架部分,对“共生”(symbiosis)术语进行学理梳理,并重点论述文学共生,阐明文学共生研究的可行性和必要性。论文主体分为三个章节,分别从文学共栖、文学互利和文学寄生三个层面,分析《女勇士》、《中国佬》和《孙行者》中的共生现象,深度探讨作为“前文本”的中国文化、美国文化以及其他西方文化等元素在转化为“内文本”的过程中,如何生发、转化、升华,进而以...
