山东省农业科教电视节目发展策略研究

【摘要】:中央一号文件连续14年聚焦“三农”,山东省作为全国的农业大省,农业发展一直处于全国前列。农业科教电视节目是进行农业技术推广、提高农民科学素养直接有效的方式,受到广大农民朋友的喜爱。随着近年来国家对农政策的重视,山东省农业科教电视节目发展迅速,并取得了不俗成效,为我省广大农民的生产生活,农民科学素养的提高起到了良好的促进作用。但是,山东省农业科教电视节目的创作与传播还存在很多问题,远不能满足目前的需求,还需要进一步深入探讨。论文针对山东省农业科教电视节目展开研究,对山东省农业科教电视节目的发展具有较强的理论价值和实践指导意义。论文采用了问卷调查法、访谈法、文本分析法与观摩法等多种研究方法。在创作群体访谈和受众调查问卷的基础上,结合国内优秀农业科教电视节目案例,和作者在山东省科学技术情报研究所网络电视中心从事农业科教电视节目的实践经验,对山东省农业科教电视节目的发展现状和存在问题进行梳理,并提出相应的发展策略。论文的研究主要分为以下几个部分,第一部分,进行相关概念的界定和理论基础的梳理。第二部分,结合调查问卷和访谈,对山东省农业科教电视节目的创作群体、受众、传播媒介和传播效果进行调查和分析。第三部分,通过调查,发现山东省农业科教电视节目发展过程中仍存在一定的问题与不足:首先在创作主体方面,存在复合型人才紧缺和从业人员创作积极性不高的问题;其次,在节目内容上,主要表现为节目资源匮乏、节目形式单一、节目定位偏离的问题;再次,在节目传播上,由于城乡二元结构的影响,导致了城乡之间存在巨大的数字鸿沟和新媒体传播手段使用不足的状况。第四部分,针对山东省农业科教电视节目发展中存在的问题,提出了相应的策略:首先,政府应该加强对农业科教电视节目的财政扶持力度,加快创作主体的培养力度;其次,努力提高节目的制作水平、创新节目形式、明确节目定位,增强节目的趣味性,做到寓教于乐;再次,政府应加强农村基础设施建设,致力于缩小数字鸿沟问题,充分利用新媒体传播平台,加强传统媒体与新媒体的融合,增强节目的传播功效。
[Abstract]:The first document of the Central Committee focused on "agriculture, countryside and farmers" for 14 years in a row. Shandong Province, as a big agricultural province in China, has always been in the forefront of agricultural development. Agricultural science and education television program is to carry out agricultural technology extension. The direct and effective way to improve farmers' scientific literacy is loved by the majority of farmers' friends. With the attention paid by the state to the agricultural policy in recent years, the agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province have developed rapidly and achieved good results. For the production and life of farmers in our province, the improvement of farmers' scientific literacy has played a good role in promoting. However, there are still many problems in the creation and dissemination of agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province. Far from being able to meet the current needs, there is still need to further explore. This paper focuses on agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province. It has strong theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the development of agricultural science and education TV program in Shandong Province. Text analysis and observation method and other research methods. On the basis of creative group interviews and audience questionnaire, combined with domestic excellent agricultural science and education TV program cases. And the author's practical experience of engaging in agricultural science and education TV programs in the network television center of Shandong Science and Technology Information Institute, and combing the current situation and existing problems of Shandong Province's agricultural science and education television programs. And put forward the corresponding development strategy. The paper is divided into the following parts: the first part, the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis of the comb. The second part, combined with questionnaires and interviews. Shandong Province agricultural science and education TV programs of creative groups, audience, media and communication results are investigated and analyzed. Part three, through investigation. It is found that there are still some problems and deficiencies in the development of agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province: firstly, in the creative subject, there are the problems of the shortage of compound talents and the low creative enthusiasm of the practitioners; Secondly, in the program content, the main performance is the lack of program resources, the program form is single, the program positioning deviation; Thirdly, due to the influence of urban-rural dual structure, there is a huge digital gap between urban and rural areas and the underuse of new media communication means. Part 4th. In view of the problems existing in the development of agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province, the corresponding strategies are put forward: firstly, the government should strengthen the financial support for agricultural science and education TV programs and speed up the cultivation of creative subjects; Secondly, we should try to improve the production level of the program, innovate the form of the program, define the orientation of the program, enhance the interest of the program, and achieve education in fun; Thirdly, the government should strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, reduce the digital divide, make full use of the new media communication platform, strengthen the integration of traditional media and new media, and enhance the effectiveness of program dissemination.
