【摘要】：《新闻调查》是中央电视台唯一的深度调查类节目,在普通国民和高层都有着广泛的影响。从1996年5月17日节目开播以来,已经走过了21载的历程。它以记者的调查活动为展示手段、以探寻事实真相为基本内容、以做真正的调查性报导为追求目标,坚持理性、平衡和深入的精神气质。在中国社会发生重大变革的时候,《新闻调查》重视钻研新问题,探寻新表达,以记者调查采访的形式,探寻事实真相,追求理性、平衡和深入,为促进和推动社会和谐进步发挥着点点滴滴的作用。“三农”问题在当代中国社会处在至关重要的地位。央视《新闻调查》栏目对“三农”问题一直有深入的关注,致力于建构农民话语,提升农民的话语权。本论文选取从栏目组开始重点关注“三农”问题的2000年至今所有关于“三农”的74期节目为研究对象,从央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构的角度出发,结合新闻传播学相关理论,从以下思路进行研究。第一部分是对央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”的话语建构主体——央视《新闻调查》优秀创作团队的介绍,他们具有强烈的人文主义关怀和新闻专业主义精神;第二部分是关于央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构的对象的论述。央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构对象分为形象多样的农民、发展不均衡的农村和逐步走向现代化的农业;第三部分是论述央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构的主题。其主要包括农村基层管理话语主题、农村转移人口市民化话语主题、农民工话语主题、农村发展模式话语主题和农村公共服务话语主题;第四部分是论述央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构的功能。建构身份:弱势群体;建构活动方面:为解决“三农”问题不懈努力和探索;建构关系方面:释放民意气球、下情上达;媒体和官方人物之间有限度的争论,进行媒介监督;建构立场方面:城乡发展一体化、农村新型城镇化。最后一部分是谈央视《新闻调查》栏目“三农”话语建构的价值和不足。价值包括:提升农民主体地位,给予他们平等的话语权;程式化、模式化报道少,重视“三农”实际问题的解决;“三农”话语切近民生,充满人文关怀;积极建言促使政策变革,潜移默化推进“三农”发展。“三农”话语建构有待改进之处包括:难以摆脱的“三农”政策宣教色彩和工具理性;“三农”话语建构具有封闭性,缺乏互动。

This paper selected from the column group to focus on the issue of "agriculture, rural areas" from 2000 to now all the 74 programs on "agriculture, countryside and farmers" as the research object. From the perspective of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column, this paper combines the relevant theory of news communication. The first part is the introduction of the main body of discourse construction of the "three rural areas" column of CCTV "News Survey"-the excellent creative team of CCTV "News Survey". They have strong humanistic concern and journalistic professionalism; The second part is about the discussion on the object of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column. The "three rural" discourse construction objects of CCTV's "three Rural" column are divided into a variety of images of farmers. Developing unbalanced rural areas and gradually moving towards modern agriculture; The third part discusses the theme of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column, which mainly includes the theme of rural grass-roots management discourse, the theme of rural population transfer, the theme of migrant workers discourse. Discourse theme of rural development mode and rural public service discourse theme; Part 4th discusses the function of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column. Construction activities: to solve the "three rural" problem unremitting efforts and exploration; Construction of the relationship: the release of public opinion balloon, the situation on the top; There is a limited debate between the media and official figures to monitor the media; The last part is talking about the value and deficiency of the discourse construction of "three Rural areas" of CCTV "News Survey" column. The value includes: promoting the status of farmers as the main body. Giving them equal voice; Stylized and stereotypical reports are few, and the practical problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" are paid more attention to; The discourse of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is close to the people's livelihood and full of humanistic concern; Positive suggestions promote policy reform and push forward the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". The discourse construction of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" needs to be improved, including: the difficult to get rid of the "three rural" policy propaganda color and tool rationality; The discourse construction of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is closed and lack of interaction.
