国外Data Commons的发展及其构建初探

【摘要】：文章通过文献调研、网络调研和案例分析的方式,在明确Data Commons(DC)基本内涵的基础上,具体分析国外主要数据共享空间的理论研究和典型实践案例,提出数据共享空间的构建框架,并从DC构建的理论支撑、整体框架及其功能等维度进行深入的剖析,为我国DC的发展与建设提供相应对策。
[Abstract]:Through literature investigation, network investigation and case analysis, on the basis of defining the basic connotation of Data Commons, this paper concretely analyzes the theoretical research and typical practical cases of the main data sharing space abroad, and puts forward the construction framework of the data sharing space. From the theoretical support of DC construction, the whole framework and its function, the author makes a thorough analysis, and provides the corresponding countermeasures for the development and construction of DC in China.
