基于ZACHMAN架构思想的应急信息需求多维度多视角分析

【摘要】：[目的/意义]如何构建一种有效的分析框架对应急管理的信息需求进行系统地识别和分析,是应急信息管理的前提与基础。[方法/过程]首先,基于ZACHMAN架构思想,结合WILSON信息搜寻语境模型,搭建了一个应急信息需求多维度、多视角的分析框架。然后,分别从框架的主体、活动、时间、空间、动机、内容6个维度,和需求者、供给者、传播者、信息系统4个视角对应急信息需求进行了分析;最后,利用该框架对一个应急实例的信息需求进行了识别和分析。[结果/结论]该实例说明了该框架的有效性,有利于对信息需求进行全面、系统地把握。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] how to construct an effective analysis framework to identify and analyze the information requirements of emergency management is the premise and foundation of emergency information management. [method / process] first of all, based on the idea of ZACHMAN architecture, Combined with the context model of WILSON information search, a multi-dimensional and multi-perspective analysis framework of emergency information demand is built. Then, from the main body, activity, time, space, motivation, content of the framework, and the demanders, the supplier, the main body, the activity, the time, the space, the motivation and the content, respectively. Finally, the information needs of an emergency case are identified and analyzed by using the framework. [results / conclusions] the effectiveness of the framework is illustrated. It is beneficial to the comprehensive and systematic grasp of the information demand.
