准确理解马克思的新闻出版自由思想

【摘要】：如何理解马克思的新闻出版自由思想,特别是《莱茵报》时期关于新闻出版自由的一些话语和思想存在根本性的分歧。探析马克思在新闻出版自由上的革命民主主义立场、对新闻出版自由与阶级的关系、新闻出版自由与法的关系的认识,可以看到,在《莱茵报》时期马克思对新闻出版自由的认识已经显现了转变之中的特征,显现了历史唯物主义的倾向。罔顾马克思的思想变化与发展,仅根据只言片语,会造成断章取义地理解马克思对新闻出版自由的认知与评判,是不科学的,也不可能准确理解马克思的思想。
