网络舆情与网络舆论:概念厘定及其思想政治教育价值

【摘要】：网络舆情和网络舆论是网民对公共事务的言论态度。网络舆情和网络舆论是学界研究的热点问题,但学界仍然普遍存在将两者混用的情况,厘清两者的基本概念与内涵,有针对性地提出舆情引导和舆论管理策略,对于网络舆论理论研究与网络思想政治工作的顺利开展具有重要理论价值与现实意义。
[Abstract]:The network public opinion and the network public opinion are the netizen's speech attitude to the public affairs. Network public opinion and network public opinion are hot issues in academic circles, but there is still the situation that they are mixed in academic circles, the basic concepts and connotations of the two are clarified, and public opinion guidance and public opinion management strategies are put forward pertinently. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for the theoretical research of network public opinion and the smooth development of network ideological and political work.
