【摘要】：社交网络公共信息传播为当前的社群分析提供了重要媒介,特别是随着智能手机的快速发展,政府部门及时发布各类权威政务信息,在移动设备上进行公共信息投放已使智能手机成为政府部门进行政务工作的新媒介平台。在移动设备公共信息传播过程中,手机呼叫通话详情记录,包括被呼叫用户、通话时长,甚至是呼叫地点等信息的数据集都隐含着公众行为的特征。个体接受信息在时间和空间上存在着一定的分布规律。为使信息传播更加精准和有效,以那些有影响力、且位于有着强关系网络、联系紧密的社群中的呼叫者为公共信息投放目标,选择工作日和周末不同时段向公众投放不同内容的公共信息,能够获得最高的浏览量,可以达到最好的公共信息传播效果,能够最大限度地提高政府及其他社会服务部门的工作效能。
[Abstract]:The social network public information dissemination has provided the important medium for the current community analysis, especially with the rapid development of the smart phone, the government department releases all kinds of authoritative government affairs information in time. The introduction of public information on mobile devices has made smartphones a new medium platform for government work. In the process of mobile devices' public information dissemination, the data set of mobile phone call details, including the called user, the length of the call, and even the location of the call, all imply the characteristics of public behavior. There are certain distribution laws in time and space of individual receiving information. To make the dissemination of information more accurate and effective, target public information to callers in influential, closely connected communities, If you choose to put different contents of public information into the public at different times on weekdays and weekends, you can get the highest number of views and achieve the best results of public information dissemination.
