高校网络服务微信公众平台设计与应用研究

【摘要】:高校管理和服务向移动化、智能化方向发展是移动互联时代高校信息化建设的要求,是高校向智慧校园阶段快速迈进的重要体现。高校网络信息中心是高校教学、科研和管理的网络信息服务保障机构,通过先进的技术手段和方法为高校师生提供便捷、优质、高效的网络服务是网络信息中心的重要职责。通过调查发现目前高校面向用户的网络服务仍然存在着服务方式不灵活,信息服务内容不精准,服务手段不先进等弊端,影响了用户的服务体验和用户服务满意度。因此,主动适应用户移动化、个性化应用需求,设计开发一个操作便捷、可高效交互的高校网络服务微信公众平台是改进高校网络服务的一条重要途径。本文首先在分析了微信公众平台信息传播理论、工作原理、账号类型基础上,结合高校网络服务现状和用户需求提出了高校网络服务微信公众平台的设计方案并开发实现了一个操作便捷、可高效交互的高校网络服务平台,拓展了用户服务渠道、创新用户服务方式。其次,在4C整合营销理论用户服务思想的指导下构建了基于微信公众平台的高校网络服务模式,提出了高校网络服务微信公众平台应用和推广方案,并且以第四军医大学的应用为例具体地设计了高校网络服务方式、服务流程和服务规划等内容,建立在线服务预约响应机制。最后,基于用户满意度理论通过用户服务满意度问卷调查了解高校网络服务微信公众平台的应用效果反馈。
[Abstract]:The development of university management and service towards the direction of mobility and intelligence is the requirement of the information construction of universities in the era of mobile interconnection. It is also an important embodiment of the rapid progress of colleges and universities towards the stage of intelligent campus. The university network information center is the university teaching, the scientific research and the management network information service safeguard organization, through the advanced technical means and the method provides the convenient, the high quality, the high efficiency network service for the university teacher and student is the network information center important duty. Through the investigation, it is found that the service mode is not flexible, the information service content is not accurate, and the service means are not advanced, which affects the service experience and service satisfaction of the users. Therefore, it is an important way to improve the network service of colleges and universities by actively adapting to the needs of mobile and individualized application, designing and developing a convenient and interactive public platform of university network service WeChat. Firstly, this paper analyzes the information dissemination theory, working principle and account type of WeChat public platform. Combined with the current situation of university network service and the user's demand, this paper puts forward the design scheme of the university network service WeChat public platform, and develops and realizes a convenient, efficient and interactive university network service platform, which expands the user service channel. Innovative user service. Secondly, under the guidance of 4C integrated marketing theory user service thought, this paper constructs the university network service mode based on WeChat public platform, and puts forward the application and promotion scheme of university network service WeChat public platform. Taking the application of the fourth military Medical University as an example, the network service mode, service flow and service planning are designed, and the online service reservation and response mechanism is established. Finally, based on the theory of user satisfaction, the application effect feedback of university network service WeChat public platform is studied through the questionnaire of user service satisfaction.
