论智媒时代社交媒体的社会责任——对2016美国大选中Facebook假新闻事件的反思

【摘要】：动态新闻推送的智能算法是智媒时代的产物。本文通过对2016美国大选期间Facebook假新闻事件的分析,发现Facebook通过协同过滤机制,选择性地决定民众看到的资讯内容,形成了过滤泡现象和回音室效应。由于人工智能算法机制缺乏把关,助推了假新闻的泛滥,造成"意见自由市场"的混乱。本文从信息伦理学角度出发,认为智媒时代新闻专业伦理的重建愈加迫切,应从伦理融合、软硬约束、公众参与和社会制衡等方面增强智媒时代社交媒体的社会责任、构建智媒体时代良好的媒介生态和信息秩序。
[Abstract]:The intelligent algorithm of dynamic news push is the product of the age of intellectual media. Based on the analysis of the fake news events during the 2016 U.S. election, it is found that Facebook selectively determines the content of information seen by the public through the cooperative filtering mechanism, which forms the phenomenon of filtering bubble and the effect of echo chamber. The lack of checks on artificial intelligence algorithms has contributed to the proliferation of false news, causing confusion in the free market of opinion. From the point of view of information ethics, this paper holds that the reconstruction of professional ethics of journalism in the era of intellectual media is becoming more and more urgent, and social responsibility of social media in the era of intellectual media should be enhanced from the aspects of ethical integration, hard and soft constraints, public participation and social checks and balances, etc. Construct good media ecology and information order in the age of intellectual media.
