三网融合对黑龙江省电视新媒体发展的影响和对策

【摘要】：随着经济建设的不断推进,黑龙江省电视新媒体行业进入到新的进程,尤其是在三网融合的有效背景下,电视新媒体发展更是实现了多种模式的合作。从目前的发展来看,无论是电视与互联网的融合还是电视与有线网的融合,都基本适应广播电视台改造的相关需求,为电视注入了新鲜血液。但需要特别提出的是,在黑龙江省电视新媒体发展建设过程中,由于区域性广播电视台发展的实际需求因宏微观因素而异,部分广播电视台新媒体的发展还是相对受限的。本文展开三网融合模式对黑龙江省电视新媒体发展的影响和对策研究,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。本文首先阐述了研究背景、研究意义、文献综述、研究方法、研究框架;其次,展开对三网融合模式的基础性认识,介绍了三网融合的基本涵义及实践中的主要做法、三网融合模式的发展历程和三网融合模式在中国的发展实践;再次,探究了三网融合模式下黑龙江省电视新媒体发展的现状,介绍了黑龙江省电视新媒体的基本类型,阐明了黑龙江省电视新媒体发展的现状分析和三网融合模式下黑龙江省网络电视的发展前景分析;然后,概括出三网融合模式下制约黑龙江省电视新媒体网络化发展的影响因素,考虑了宏观方面的经济因素、政治因素、技术因素和社会因素,还考虑了微观方面的人力资源因素、物力资源因素和财力资源因素;最后,提出三网融合模式助推黑龙江省电视新媒体发展优化的综合对策,从宏观层面和微观层面分别考虑了不同的对策和措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of economic construction, the new television media industry in Heilongjiang Province has entered a new process, especially under the effective background of the integration of the three networks, the development of new television media has realized a variety of modes of cooperation. From the current development point of view, whether the integration of television and the Internet or the integration of television and cable network, are basically adapted to the needs of radio and television transformation, and injected fresh blood into television. However, it should be especially pointed out that in the process of the development and construction of new television media in Heilongjiang Province, the development of some new media of radio and television stations is still relatively limited because the actual demand of regional radio and television stations is different from macro and micro factors. In this paper, the influence and countermeasures of the three networks fusion model on the development of new television media in Heilongjiang Province are studied, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance. This paper first describes the research background, research significance, literature review, research methods, research framework; Secondly, the basic understanding of the three-network integration model is carried out, and the basic meaning and the main practices in practice, the development course of the three-network integration model and the development practice of the three-network fusion model in China are introduced. Thirdly, this paper probes into the present situation of the development of new television media in Heilongjiang Province under the mode of three networks integration, and introduces the basic types of new television media in Heilongjiang Province. This paper expounds the present situation of the development of the new television media in Heilongjiang Province and the analysis of the development prospect of the network television in Heilongjiang Province under the mode of three networks integration. Then, it summarizes the influencing factors that restrict the network development of TV new media in Heilongjiang Province under the mode of three networks integration, and takes into account the macro economic factors, political factors, technical factors and social factors. The micro human resources factors, material resources factors and financial resources factors are also taken into account. Finally, the comprehensive countermeasures to promote the development and optimization of TV new media in Heilongjiang Province are put forward, and different countermeasures and measures are considered from the macro level and the micro level, respectively.
