救赎与公义:对中世纪文学中炼狱主题的文化阐释

【摘要】：在12世纪以降的中世纪晚期,炼狱观念逐步得到西欧教会和一般民众的认同并且对这一时期的宗教信仰和世俗生活产生了深远影响。在12和13世纪的俗语文学作品中,炼狱主题被赋予了丰富的文化内涵,表达了作家对于人类尘世生活中救赎与公义问题的思考和探索。本文选取了两个在中世纪晚期具有代表性的文学文本——《圣帕特里克的炼狱》与《流溢的神性之光》,通过对作品的细读和分析,揭示出中世纪晚期的作家们如何借助炼狱这一具有浓厚宗教气息的主题来表达他们对于人类尘世生活的关怀与思索。
[Abstract]:In the late Middle Ages of 12th century, the concept of purgatory was gradually accepted by the churches and the general public of Western Europe and had a profound influence on the religious beliefs and secular life of this period. The theme of purgatory is endowed with rich cultural connotations, This paper expresses the writer's thinking and exploration of the problem of salvation and justice in human earthly life. This paper selects two representative literary texts in the late Middle Ages, the purgatory of St. Patrick and the Light of the overflow of Divinity. Through careful reading and analysis of the work, This paper reveals how the writers of the late Middle Ages expressed their concern and thinking about human earthly life with the help of purgatory, a theme with a strong religious flavor.
