星新一小说在中国的接受

【摘要】：星新一是日本的超短篇小说家，尤其擅长科幻小说（SF）的创作，其作品构思新颖而结尾新奇。他在遵循微型小说三原则的基础上又遵循着自己独特的创作原则，以独树一帜的创作手法模糊了时代背景，深受广大读者的喜爱。星新一的小说已被翻译成多国语言，其文学在世界文学史上也占有重要的地位。 20世纪80年代后，中国大陆翻译、出版数十部星新一的短篇小说集。2000年后，星新一的小说开始被选入各类教科书中。本稿通过文本解读、译本比较以及在中国大陆接受过程的梳理分析，对星新一小说在中国大陆的整体接受情况进行探究，，同时通过问卷调查，对星新一小说在中国、尤其是学生群体中的接受情况进行整体上的把握。本论文共分为五部分。序论部分，阐述了本论文的研究动机及意义、研究方法、创新之处及今后的课题。通过文献整理，大体明确了迄今为止中日两国对星新一小说研究的进展情况。第一章，首先梳理了星新一小说在中国的接受历程。从20世纪80年代初中国大陆出版其第一本小说集至今，星新一小说在中国的接受过程大体可分为三个阶段，每个阶段在进行译介、接受时都各有其特点。第一个阶段主要翻译、介绍星新一的微型科幻小说，并合集出版；第二个阶段对星新一小说的译介转向其悬疑、生活类型的微型小说，出版物的封面、名称设计也较第一个阶段有了明显改变。进入90年代的第三个时期，对星新一小说的译介重点又转回微型科幻小说，被定位于面向青少年的科幻微型小说。星新一在小说创作中遵循“三不写”原则，使得其小说易被中国读者接受。星新一小说对中国的科幻小说尤其是科幻微型小说的成长与发展开始产生了一定的影响。第二章主要为文本研究和译本研究。星新一的小说大多特点明确而独具一格，具有灵活多样、超越差异、冷静旁观的特点。其小说题材广泛，文字极尽简洁，极少带有时代色彩，最大限度地避免了不同时期读者产生的理解差异。这种独特的风格也为星新一的小说印上了鲜明的标记。其次，由于对小说译介的时期、选择的类型以及翻译者的不同，在中国传播的星新一小说译本也各具特点。通过对不同时期产生的相同作品的中译本进行具体的比较可以看出，不同时期、不同背景的翻译者会对小说在翻译传播过程中产生影响，使得遣词造句及情节安排在一定程度上带有译者自身以及所处时代的特色，削弱了星新一小说本身“超越差异”的特性。第三章主要对入选中国教科书的星新一小说进行研究。星新一的微型小说因其短小精悍的篇幅及简洁明快的叙事方法，加之丰富的想象、易懂的文字而颇受中小学生的青睐。迄今为止中国的各类语文教材、读本等选用的基本上是其科幻题材的作品，也有极少部分日常生活题材的故事入选。除此之外，星新一小说也选作日语专业教材，这部分教材直接采用的是日语原文作品。通过问卷调查，得知星新一小说在学生读者群中的接受特点：有一定的知名度但分布不均衡、对星新一的小说接受途径多样但主要通过教材介绍、知名度高的作品主要是被选入教材的作品、科幻小说与幻想小说及推理小说分类不清。第五部分为结论部分。总之，星新一小说传入中国后，接受过程几经转变和发展，最终被定位为“面向青少年的科幻微型小说”，受到广大读者尤其是学生群体的喜爱。星新一的科幻微型小说也对中国的微型小说这一年轻的小说类型及科幻小说的发展产生了一定的影响。
