现代人的生存困境：弗罗斯特诗歌的空间研究

【摘要】：罗伯特·弗罗斯特是著名的美国现代诗人,他以诗歌和戏剧的形式为世人留下宝贵的精神财富。他的诗歌大多关于大自然和人们的日常生活,被公认为“自然诗人”,然而结合诗人的生活经历、人生态度以及对现代社会的审视,哲性地思考其诗歌中的现代意义,他的诗歌将现代人在一定时代背景下必须面对的生存处境真实地表现出来。弗罗斯特生活在一个动荡的社会,两次世界大战以及工业革命和现代化的蓬勃发展改变了人们的生活,全方位的变化让他们陷入了各种生存困境。本文将通过从空间研究的角度依次分析现实世界空间、神秘世界空间、城市空间和乡村空间的文化含义以及空间的相互关系来呈现现代人普遍面临的生存困境,从而说明随着现代文明的发展,人们通过各种社会实践赋予了空间新的文化含义,而这些文化含义反过来凸显出现代人的生存处境。本文的正文将分为4个部分,分别探讨根据不同的人类活动而划分的四类空间的文化含义,挖掘现代人的生存困境。第一章将从辛苦劳作、孤独、大自然的考验三个方面来探讨现实世界空间的文化含义。这些文化含义正是当时人们生存处境的真实写照。第二章与第一章密切相关。人们在真实世界空间里承受着各种困境,神秘世界成为他们的避风港。但是站在神秘世界的边缘,他们也遇到各种类似于在现实世界里遇到的精神折磨。在神秘世界的边缘,他们冷静地思考,有的找到了解决问题的办法,而有的却适得其反,失去了最初的信仰。第三章结合工业化引起的各种现代化现象分析城市空间作为现代化产物的文化内涵,从而说明现代人面临的生存问题。在城市空间里,目睹了其生存环境变化的现代人变成精神上的流浪汉,面对承载着他们怀旧情节的自然景观被破坏的情形,他们不得不承受着无限的遗憾和不舍。城市空间让发展中的现代人失去归属感,因此他们常常转向乡村空间,寻求片刻欢愉。文章转入第四章。人们从城市空间向乡村空间的转移改变了乡村空间的文化内涵。首先,受城市空间特性的影响,乡村空间中的人际关系恶化。本文将从劳工关系,夫妻关系,邻里关系三方面来论述。第二,乡村空间里人们的思想被商业化。尽管习惯了田园般淳朴的自然生活的村民并不能自然地接受商业化的思想,但诗人在诗歌中不得不承认商业化已经成为历史发展势不可挡的必然趋势。同时诗人在分析乡村空间的文化内涵的同时也提供了帮助人们走出困境的方法,让人回味无穷。现代人的生存困境已经成为一个普遍的话题,并被不同的理论诠释,但空间的空间形式和动态性能更准确地将其呈现。
[Abstract]:Robert Frost is a famous modern American poet who left valuable spiritual wealth in the form of poetry and drama. Most of his poems are about nature and people's daily life, and are generally regarded as "natural poets". However, combining the poet's life experience, attitude of life and examination of modern society, he philosophically ponders the modern significance of his poetry. His poems show the existence situation that modern people must face in a certain era. Frost lived in a turbulent society, two world wars and the booming industrial revolution and modernization changed people's lives. This article will analyze the cultural meaning and the relationship between the real world space, the mysterious world space, the urban space and the rural space from the angle of the space research in order to present the living predicament that the modern people generally face. Therefore, with the development of modern civilization, people endow space with new cultural meanings through various social practices, which in turn highlights the living conditions of modern people. The text of this paper will be divided into four parts, respectively, according to different human activities and divided into four categories of space cultural meaning, excavating the plight of modern existence. The first chapter will discuss the cultural meaning of real world space from three aspects: hard work, loneliness and the test of nature. These cultural meanings are the true portrayal of people's living situation at that time. The second chapter is closely related to the first chapter. People in the real world space are suffering from all kinds of difficulties, mysterious world as their safe haven. But on the edge of the mysterious world, they also encounter spiritual torments similar to those encountered in the real world. On the edge of the mysterious world, they thought calmly, some finding solutions, and others counterproductive, losing their original beliefs. The third chapter analyzes the cultural connotation of urban space as a product of modernization in combination with various modernization phenomena caused by industrialization, thus explaining the problem of existence faced by modern people. In the urban space, modern people who have witnessed the change of their living environment have become spiritual homeless people. In the face of the destruction of the natural landscape carrying their nostalgic plot, they have to bear infinite regrets and reluctance. Urban space deprives the developing modern people of their sense of belonging, so they often turn to rural space for a moment of joy. The article turns to chapter four. People's transfer from urban space to rural space has changed the cultural connotation of rural space. First of all, affected by the urban spatial characteristics, the interpersonal relationship in rural space deteriorated. This article will discuss from the labor relations, the husband and wife relations, the neighborhood relations three aspects. Second, people's thoughts in rural space are commercialized. Although villagers who are used to the natural life of pastoral simplicity can not accept the idea of commercialization naturally, the poet has to admit in his poems that commercialization has become an inevitable trend of historical development. At the same time, the poet not only analyzes the cultural connotation of rural space, but also provides a way to help people out of the predicament. The plight of modern people has become a common topic and has been interpreted by different theories, but the spatial form and dynamic performance of space more accurately present it.
