从父亲角色缺失的角度看虹影和谭恩美笔下的母女冲突

【摘要】：虹影作为备受关注的当代女作家,以叛逆不羁的写作风格塑造了一系列独具个性的女性形象,而其中又以对于母女关系的刻画最为出彩。谭恩美也是活跃在同一时期的海外华人女作家,在她的创作中,母女纠葛一直是作为主线推动着剧情发展而存在。而生活在不同文化背景下的女作家同时选择了通过母女关系的斗争和消融为纽带挑战传统的父权社会。且更加不谋而合的是,在书写母女冲突的过程中,两位作家有意无意地回避了“父亲”这个角色的描写。对于生命中的波折与困境,女儿们不约而同地选择了“忍耐”,而这种忍耐实则是另一种“抗争”。两位作者都有源自骨髓的沧桑感,只不过谭恩美的创作融入了异国因素,而虹影的表述更加重视自我感受。本文欲以相同时代背景下的大陆女性及移民女性的生存、情感生活状态着手,通过比较同一时期“女儿”的“忍耐”主题,分析社会客观环境和个体主观因素对女性成长的影响,突出不同成长环境中的女性们用各自的方式同命运抗争的事实。本文旨在从比较文学及女性主义相关理论的角度探讨华裔女性作家谭恩美和中国当代女性作家虹影笔下女性角色自我发现的心理历程。文章由绪论、正文和结语三个部分组成。正文三部分,第一部分由作家创作的年代和生活背景入手进行比较,强调两者的共性和可比较性,并引出父亲身份的缺失对两位作家的影响;第二部分重点讨论同样是父亲身份缺失的共性和不同点;第三部分则重点分析这些不同点的原因,从而得对于出不同文化背景下女性意识的萌发、形成与发展的曲折过程,包括女性话语的诉求、对男权文化的反抗、女性价值的实现、华裔身份的认同和女性意识的蜕变等方面。进而具体分析华裔女性的边缘化处境中的文化选择,并对多元文化背景下的文化共存与对话作出反思。
[Abstract]:Hongying, as a contemporary female writer of great concern, portrays a series of unique female images with rebellious and unruly writing style, among which the portrayal of mother-daughter relationship is the most outstanding. Amy Tan is also active in the same period of overseas Chinese women writers, in her creation, mother and daughter entanglement has been as the main line to promote the development of the plot. Women writers living in different cultural backgrounds have also chosen to challenge the traditional patriarchal society through the struggle and melting of mother-daughter relationship. More coincidentally, in the process of writing the conflict between mother and daughter, the two writers eschewed the role of "father" intentionally or unintentionally. As for the twists and turns of life, the daughters chose patience, which is another kind of struggle. Both writers have a sense of vicissitudes of life from bone marrow, but Tan Enmei's creation is mixed with foreign factors, while Hongying's expression attaches more importance to self-feeling. This paper intends to start with the existence and emotional life state of mainland women and immigrant women in the same time background, by comparing the "endurance" theme of "daughter" in the same period. This paper analyzes the influence of social objective environment and individual subjective factors on women's growth, and highlights the fact that women in different growth environments struggle with their destiny in their own ways. The purpose of this paper is to explore the psychological process of self-discovery of female role in the works of Chinese female writer Amy Tan and contemporary Chinese female writer Hongying from the perspective of comparative literature and feminist theories. The article consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The main body three parts, the first part starts from the writer's creation time and the life background carries on the comparison, emphasizes the two common and comparable, and leads to the father's identity deficiency to the two writers' influence; The second part focuses on discussing the commonness and differences of the same lack of paternal identity, and the third part focuses on the analysis of the causes of these differences, so as to find out the tortuous process of the emergence, formation and development of female consciousness in different cultural backgrounds. It includes the demands of female discourse, the resistance to patriarchal culture, the realization of female value, the identity of ethnic Chinese and the transformation of female consciousness. Then it analyzes the cultural choice in the marginalized situation of Chinese-American women, and reflects on the cultural coexistence and dialogue under the multicultural background.
