决策树法在城乡用地综合分区中的应用研究——以煤矿资源型城市凤台县为例

【摘要】：针对城乡用地供需矛盾日益突出的现状,以合理划分城乡用地为目标,对城乡用地综合分区的相关方法进行梳理,提出基于决策树的城乡用地综合分区理论体系,构建在GIS技术平台的支持下对限定性因子和非限定性因子分别进行评价的方法。在此基础上,以安徽省凤台县为例,采用决策树法对煤矿资源城市进行综合分区,并对研究结果进行分析和评价,该方法可为未来资源型城市用地综合分区的实际应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly prominent contradiction between urban and rural land supply and demand, aiming at the rational division of urban and rural land, this paper combs the relevant methods of urban-rural comprehensive zoning, and puts forward a theoretical system of urban-rural comprehensive zoning based on decision tree. Based on the support of GIS technology platform, the method of evaluating the limiting factor and the unqualified factor respectively is constructed. On this basis, taking Fengtai County of Anhui Province as an example, the decision tree method is used to carry out comprehensive zoning of coal mine resource cities, and the research results are analyzed and evaluated. This method can be used as a reference for the application of comprehensive zoning of urban land resources in the future.
