[Abstract]:William Faulkner is famous in American literary circles. His Yoknappa's novels reveal the situation of the whole human society. When he won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1949, he stressed that the purpose of writing should be to remind people of the "glory of mankind in the past". It can be seen that he has always placed deep concern for the morality and destiny of the whole human being. "Absalom, Absalom!" since its publication in 1936, it has aroused extensive discussion in literary criticism, but studies have focused on the decline of the Old South family, racism, the archetypes of the Bible and the unique narrative style of the novel. However, there is little research on the ethical value of the whole novel. This article will interpret Absalom, Absalom! from the angle of literary ethics. By analyzing the phenomena of Chinese studies in different ethical environments of the novel, this paper studies the ethical issues in the three ethical relationships, namely, human and society, man and man, and man and nature. Then it explores the consequences of different ethical choices and explores Faulkner's ethics. This article will be elaborated from four sides. The first part analyzes the confusion between the ethical choice and Rosa's emotional consciousness made by THAB in order to seek social identity from the point of view of man and society. The second part focuses on the relationship between white and black, between white and white, and between men and women, and explains the cognition and exploration of the ethical identity of the mixed race, the disharmony between the white community and the family. The low social status of women, especially black women, and incest and other literary phenomena. In the third part, the relationship between the land of Haiti, the triangle between black and white oppression and oppression, and the later destruction of Tadambendi Manor all reflect the harmonious ecological ethical relationship between man and land. The last chapter analyzes Judith and Quentin's introspection on the actions of the Old Southerners and points out the importance of the reconstruction of ethical order. By analyzing the ethical environment of a series of literary phenomena in Absalom, Absalom!, the author thinks that Faulkner tries to tell the reader that wrong ethical choice is bound to cause ethical confusion and eventually lead to tragedy. The correct ethical choice will break the unreasonable ethical order in the original ethical environment and bring about the reconstruction of the ethical order: at the same time, the harmonious ethical relationship between man and society, between man and man, between man and nature should be maintained.
