【摘要】：哈金被公认为当代美国最杰出的华裔作家。其作品在美国主流社会,已引起了巨大的反响和广泛的好评,曾两度入围普利策小说奖,并荣获了美国国家图书奖等诸多奖项。《南京安魂曲》,作为哈金的最新的力作受到余华等众多学者的高度颂扬。在小说中,哈金以故事的形式向读者展现了南京人民经历的黑暗岁月,讲述了日军在侵占中国领土时,西方殖民者及其文化对中国女性的精神压迫,表扬了中国女性赎人救己的英雄行为,改变了对中国女性的歪曲刻画,颂扬了中国女性追求自由平等,反抗西方压迫的坚定信念。通过分析,本文试图得出结论:在双重压迫的困境中,中国女性觉醒了,不甘沦为男性和西方女性的下属。中国女性通过艰难的反抗,最终走上了非殖民化的道路,并取得了一定的成就。本文由五章构成:第一章为引言部分,主要介绍了哈金及其《南京安魂曲》;第二章为文献综述;第三章简要介绍了斯皮瓦克关于后殖民女性主义的观点,并对非殖民化作出了解释。第四章为本文的核心部分,从三个方面详尽分析了《南京安魂曲》中女性在双重压迫下的表现。在本章中,首先分析了中国女性最初在双重压迫下,被迫沦为边缘地位的“属下,”其次探讨了造成此种现象的原因,最后本章分析了中国女性不甘沦为“属下,”故奋起反抗从而摆脱了被思想殖民的尴尬境地。本文最后一章是论文的结论部分。
