【摘要】：目的了解上海市松江区中小学生乙肝病毒(HBV)感染现状,为中小学生乙型肝炎的预防控制提供参考依据。方法于2015年3—5月,采用随机整群抽样方法在上海市松江区抽取2 280名中小学生进行问卷调查,并采集血样进行乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙肝病毒表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙肝病毒核心抗体(HBcAb)、乙肝病毒e抗原(HBeAg)和乙肝病毒e抗体(HBeAb)检测。结果上海市松江区2 280名中小学生乙肝疫苗接种率为99.87%,HBsAg、HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAg和HBeAb阳性率分别为0.57%、26.67%、9.39%、0.22%和0.18%。不同特征中小学生比较,男生HBcAb阳性率(7.53%)低于女生(11.34%);年龄6~10岁中小学生HBsAg阳性率(34.55%)均高于11~15岁学生(26.04%)和16~20岁学生(21.86%);小学生HBsAb阳性率(31.45%)均高于初中生(23.26%)和高中生(22.01%);高中生HBcAb阳性率(11.54%)均高于小学生(9.23%)和初中生(6.34%);本地户籍中小学生HBsAg、HBsAb和HBeAg阳性率(0.33%、19.89%和0)均低于外地户籍学生(1.03%、39.77%和0.64%),HBcAb阳性率(10.38%)高于外地户籍学生(7.46%),差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论上海市松江区中小学生乙肝接种率较高,HBsAg阳性率已降至1%。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in primary and middle school students in Songjiang District, Shanghai, and to provide reference for prevention and control of hepatitis B in primary and secondary school students. Methods A total of 2 280 primary and middle school students in Songjiang District of Shanghai were investigated by random cluster sampling from May to May 2015. Blood samples were collected for detection of HBsAg, HBsAg, HBcAb, HBeAg and HBeAb. Results the hepatitis B vaccine vaccination rates of 2 280 primary and middle school students in Songjiang District of Shanghai were 99.87% and 0.18% respectively. The positive rates of HBcAbHBeAg and HBeAb were 0.577.26.67 and 9.390.22% and 0.18%, respectively.The results showed that the hepatitis B vaccine coverage rate of 2 280 primary and middle school students in Songjiang District of Shanghai was 99.87% and 0.18% respectively. Comparison of different characteristics of Primary and Middle School students, The positive rate of HBcAb in boys (7.53) was lower than that in girls (11.34); the positive rate of HBsAg in primary and middle school students aged 6 ~ 10 years was higher than that in students aged 11 ~ 15 years (n = 34.55); it was higher in students aged 16 ~ 20 years than in students aged 16 ~ 20 years. The positive rate of HBsAb in primary school students was higher than that in junior high school students (23.26)) and the positive rate of HBcAb in high school students was 11.54) higher than that in junior high school students. The positive rates of HBcAb and HBeAg in local primary and middle school students were 0.3319.89% and 0, respectively, which were lower than those of non-resident students (1.03%, 39.77% and 0.64%), and the positive rates of HBcAb were significantly higher than those of non-resident students (all P 0.05%, P 0.05), and the positive rates of HBcAb in primary school students and junior high school students were 6.34% and 6.34%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05%, P < 0.05), and the positive rate of HBcAb was significantly higher than that of non-resident students (P < 0.05%, P < 0.05). Conclusion the high HBsAg positive rate of primary and middle school students in Songjiang District of Shanghai has been reduced to 1.
