乙型肝炎病毒核心基因的PCR-RELP图案对中国肝细胞癌和肝硬化人群的临床意义

　　简介：乙型肝炎是一种由乙型肝炎病毒所引起的疾病。它通过感染者的血液和体液进行传播。全世界约有4亿人感染乙肝病毒，每年约150万人死亡。仅仅在中国就有1.3亿人感染乙肝病毒。中国每年约有30万人死亡，其中包括18万肝细胞癌患者。乙肝病毒DNA包含4个开放阅读框：核心，表面，x和聚合酶。核心基因编码乙型肝炎e抗原和乙型肝炎核心抗原。乙肝病毒核心基因突变和sNPs与慢性乙肝患者的肝炎活动性有关。 目标：1探清肝细胞癌和肝硬化患者乙肝病毒核心区域的PcR．RFLP模式。 2评价PCR-RFLP模式在肝细胞癌和肝硬化患者中的临床意义。 材料与方法：从2010年1月1日到2010年11月7日共收集了320名肝细胞癌患者和130名肝硬化患者。根据统一的纳入标准选择患者。患者的年龄范围从14岁到82岁。感染艾滋病病毒、丙肝病毒或有甲状腺疾病的患者排除在外。某式PCR是用于扩增HBV-DNA。有关乙肝病毒，肝细胞癌和肝硬化的实验分析分子生物学研究：HBV DNA，PcR-RFLP模式，测序 研究结果：有五个典型PcR-RFLP限制性酶裂解_rsp509I模式（c，D，E...
