伊朗的中医发展史与认受程度

　　 在这项由三部分组成的研究中,分析文本、采访伊朗中医经验丰富的从业者、以及通过普通人群和西方医生编写的调查问卷收集数据,以分析他们在中医领域的观点,同时也尝试波斯所拥有与两国医疗关系领域相关的所能利用的资源和文本。第一部分:作为两大帝国,伊朗和中国在历史上一直有着广泛的贸易、政治、文化、宗教和科学间的联系,而丝绸之路在中国与伊朗和西方之间的关系建立与发展发挥了非常重要的作用。随着两国关系的发展,两国的医疗和草药联系也相对增加,两国草药贸易被认为是最常见的贸易之一。从两国彼此的历史、神话文本、书籍等,如两国的传统医药书籍和发现到的旅行日志,特别是在丝绸之路上发现历史作品和药片里头,可以很容易地找到两国间的医疗关系。然而,由于在三次重要的历史事件当中,亚历山大和阿拉伯人的进攻、以及蒙古人对伊朗的袭击等,造成许多公共场所和图书馆被烧毁,导致许多历史文本和书籍遭到破坏,因此,在伊朗许多与中国医疗有关证据都消失了。但由于这类事件在中国的发生率较低,因此分析许多还未翻译成其他语言的中文文本,肯定能给我们提供更多关于两国医疗关系史的相关信息。本研究为影响两国医疗关系最重要的因素,以及证明这种关系的存在而做精确分析的资料如下:1.伊朗和中国的历史文本2.在中国、伊朗和丝绸之路所发现的历史作品3.中国和伊朗之间的草药交换4.中国与伊朗之间的医生和其他科学家等移民5.中草药在伊朗和中国医生中的相似应用6.蒙古政府为发展两国医疗关系政策中,将中国医学文本翻译成波斯语的资料根据以上现有证据,可看出两个国家之间的医疗关系在接近2,500年前就开始逐渐发展。两国医疗关系的高峰期是在中国元朝时代,同时也是蒙古人治理伊朗的时代。两国的医疗关系相当紧密,以至于可见两国的某些传统医学原则也反映在彼此现有的文本中,同样的,在伊朗的医学书籍中也可找到许多中草药的名称。根据现有的证据和资料当中,可发现医疗处方和药草也在伊朗与中国商人进出口的交易行列之中。两国的医疗合作始于中国的匈奴(公元206.BC-220),并在唐代(公元618-907年),宋代(公元950-1279年)和元代(公元1271-1368)达到了高峰,通过翻译图书、交换药材、医生之间和治疗方法的交流中发现,中国传统医学和伊朗传统医学有许多相似之处,亦可见中国与伊朗这两种传统医学彼此之间的关系。如两国传统医药中皆提到在人体中潮湿、干燥、寒冷和温暖的性质,或食品和药材的冷热性等。由此可见中国和伊朗的传统医学在这一领域里有相似的概念。这两个国家最被认可的医疗联系可以在“Vaghfname Robe Rashidi”和Tangsooghnameh书中看到,这本书是由Rashidingin Hamedani从中文翻译成波斯语的麦觉书,是关于中医脉象及其与不同疾病的关系。第2部分:在1974年,应许多对针灸有兴趣的伊朗人提出请求,由包括帕拉维基金会在内的政府组织支持,许多中国针灸医生应邀前往伊朗对患者进行了针灸治疗,为针灸在伊朗的发展铺路。伊朗目前唯一的官方针灸机构是伊朗针灸协会,该协会成立于2009年,现在有400名活跃成员。第3部分:在这部分研究中,对Shahid Hasheminejad医院的西医师和患者使用了两种调查问卷,并获得了大量信息。大多数西方医生对于针灸作为一种治疗方法并不熟悉,但大多数医生认为针灸是一种除西医之外有效的治疗方法。因此,超过一半的医师参与者会让他们的患者在收到指示时接受针灸。他们认为,针灸可治疗的主要疾病为疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病、心理疾病和肥胖症。在这项研究中,只有少数患者采用针灸治疗他们的疾病。患者使用针灸治疗最主要的疾病包括疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病,神经系统疾病和肥胖症。超过一半的针灸患者对症状的改善感到满意。另一方面,对于疗效不满意的患者也了解到治疗失败的主要原因之一是由于针灸师的经验不足。普遍来说,大多数患者皆不相信针灸能作为一种治疗方法,大多数患者在决定接受针灸时并不清楚该去何处。患者认为针灸在治疗不同的疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病和肥胖症上疗效是最好的。
