菲律宾72所公立中学汉语教学现状调查研究

【摘要】：近年来,汉语热在全球范围内迅速升温。作为中国近邻的菲律宾自然也是汉语文化的热爱国,事实上,早在1899年汉语教学就已在菲律宾生根,当时面对的主要是菲律宾华人华侨的汉语教育。但随着中国大国崛起,中国的经济、文化对海外影响越来越大,海外汉语学习不再仅仅针对华裔,菲律宾也不例外,学习汉语的受众群逐渐扩大,不再仅仅针对菲律宾华人,更要面向菲律宾主流社会公立中学的基础课程体系。本论文对仍处于发展阶段的菲律宾公立中学汉语教学现状展开调查研究,通过详细的图表和例释,陈述了当前菲律宾公立中学汉语教学的实际情况,对菲律宾公立中学汉语教学现状中存在的问题进行了发掘,在总结了制约公立中学汉语教学发展的一些问题后,具体归纳了以下三个方面的主要具体问题：师资结构与力量有待调整、教材语言使用上的漏洞、课程设置存在的问题。通过咨询和访谈志愿者、国家汉办公派教师、在菲律宾工作的本土教师等,加之本篇论文基于笔者在菲律宾首都大马尼拉地区艾伯特阿吉拉尔国立中学的实践工作经验和基础研究,笔者通过总结和分析,概括了对于研究中所发现问题的一些解决方法：在师资上,建议一方面继续输出我国优秀的汉语教学人才,另一方面继续努力培养本土优秀的汉语教师；教材上,以《快乐汉语》为范本,一方面推进我国优秀对外汉语教材的编写和推广,另一方面扩大菲律宾本土优秀汉语教材的编纂；课程安排上,一方面利用中国日渐增强的文化影响力推动汉语教学法,另一方面也要因地适宜地培育出有地域特色但又不失汉语文化本真的菲律宾独有的教学方法。我们期待通过以上方法帮助汉语教学在菲律宾更好地传播推广。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the popularity of Chinese has been heating up rapidly in the world. As a close neighbor of China, the Philippines is also a loving country of Chinese culture. In fact, as early as 1899, Chinese teaching has taken root in the Philippines. At that time, it was mainly the Chinese language education of the overseas Chinese in the Philippines. However, with the rise of China as a big country, the Chinese economy and culture had more and more influence on the overseas, and the overseas Chinese learning was no longer aimed at Chinese only. The Philippines is no exception, the audience for learning Chinese gradually expanded, no longer only targeted at Filipino Chinese. This paper is still in the stage of development of the Philippine public middle school Chinese teaching investigation and research, through detailed charts and examples of interpretation. This paper states the actual situation of Chinese teaching in public middle schools in the Philippines, and explores the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese in public middle schools in the Philippines. After summing up some problems that restrict the development of Chinese teaching in public middle schools, this paper summarizes the following three main specific problems: the structure and strength of teachers need to be adjusted, and the loopholes in the use of teaching materials. Problems in curriculum. Through counseling and interviews with volunteers, the National Chinese Government teachers, local teachers working in the Philippines, and so on. In addition, based on the author's practical experience and basic research in Albert Aguilar National Middle School in Manila, the author summarized and analyzed. This paper summarizes some solutions to the problems found in the research: in terms of teachers, it is suggested that, on the one hand, we should continue to export outstanding Chinese language teaching talents in our country, on the other hand, we should continue to strive to train local excellent Chinese teachers; On the one hand, it promotes the compilation and promotion of excellent textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language in China, on the other hand, it expands the compilation of excellent Chinese textbooks in the Philippines. On the one hand, using the increasing cultural influence of China to promote the teaching method of Chinese. On the other hand, it is necessary to cultivate the unique teaching method of the Philippines with local characteristics without losing the authentic Chinese culture. We hope to help the teaching of Chinese to spread and popularize better in the Philippines through the above methods.
