留守中学生心理健康现状对其英语学习影响的研究

【摘要】：当前中国处于特殊发展时期,大量外出务工人员为我国经济建设作出了重大贡献,但也因多种复杂的原因,涌现出了成千上万的为我们所熟知的“留守儿童",更为重要的是,这种现象短时期内恐怕难以消除。近些年发生的社会变革及经济的快速发展对这些儿童的心理健康状态带来了巨大的挑战。尤其是那些留守高中生遭遇了各种各样的心理问题。然而这些心理问题并没有得到足够的关注。通过查阅前人研究发现,留守高中生心理健康问题对他们学校教育,尤其是对他们英语学习的影响方面的研究还相对缺乏,与此同时,全面改善留守高中生行为及心理健康状况的对策也相对较少。然而,留守中学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,他们的生活、学习及健康状况需要我们更多的关注。本研究以归因理论、动机理论、二语习得理论和非智力因素理论为基础,从留守高中生的心理健康现状及该现状对他们英语学习的影响对湖北省巴东县第二高级中学的留守高中生展开调查研究,抽取了高一年级普通班中55名学生作为调查研究对象,并采用Russell, Horwitz等编制的调查问卷、访谈及课堂观察进行调查,来探讨留守高中生的心理健康问题对他们英语学业成绩的影响,并总结提出相关有用的解决对策。本研究的主要发现如下：第一、留守高中生正遭受一系列的心理健康问题,如抑郁、焦虑、孤独等等；第二、焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、孤独、生气等消极情绪在某种程度上对留守高中生的学习潜力起坏作用,极大地削弱他们的语言学习能力。更为重要的是,低自尊、缺乏自信、孤独、抑郁以及社会焦虑会极大地影响留守高中生的英语学习动机、英语学习目标及策略；第三、家庭、学校、社会以及留守高中生自己在他们英语学习中扮演着重要的角色。父母及监护人创造的有利的学习环境,同时也发现教师的知识水平、人格魅力及信仰也至关重要,更为重要的是,政府的政策及社会服务系统。最后,本研究根据以上的研究发现,分别从社会、学校、家庭及留守高中生本身四个方面提出可操作的具体性建议,以期社会、学校、家庭及留守高中生本身来为改善他们的生活、学习及健康状况而共同努力,进而促进留守高中生在英语学业上的进步。
[Abstract]:The China in the special period of development, a large number of migrant workers has made a significant contribution to the economic construction of our country, but also because of a variety of reasons, the emergence of tens of thousands of known to us as "left-behind children", more importantly, this phenomenon in a short period of time. I am afraid it is difficult to eliminate the mental health state of rapid development the social and economic changes in recent years occurred in these children brought great challenges. Especially those left behind high school students suffered from psychological problems of various kinds. However, these psychological problems and did not get enough attention. By referring to previous studies found that the left behind high school education for their school mental health problems, especially the influence of they are learning English the study is the relative lack of, at the same time, the ways to improve the behavior of senior high school students and the mental health status of left behind is relatively small. However, left behind students as a special social group, their life, learning and health. We need to pay more attention to the study of attribution theory, motivation theory, two language acquisition theory and the theory of non intellectual factors as the foundation, from the left behind high school students mental health status and the status quo of their English learning the impact on the second Badong County of Hubei province high school left behind high school students were investigated, from the first grade high average class 55 students as the research object, and using the Russell questionnaire developed by Horwitz et al, interview and classroom observation survey, to explore the influence of psychological health problems of high school students left behind in their English the academic achievement, and summarizes relevant countermeasures useful. The major findings of this study are as follows: first, the left behind high school students are suffering from mental health problems such as a series of suppression Depression, anxiety, loneliness and so on; second, anxiety, fear, depression, loneliness, anger and other negative emotions to a certain extent on the left behind students' learning potential high school bad effect, greatly weakened their language learning ability. More importantly, low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence, loneliness, depression and social anxiety greatly affect the left behind high school students English learning motivation, goals and strategies in English learning; third, family, school, society and left behind high school students themselves play an important role in their English learning. Parents and guardians to create favorable learning environment, also found that the level of teachers' knowledge and beliefs, personality is also very important and more importantly, government policies and social service system. Finally, according to the above findings, from the social, school, family and high school students left behind four aspects put forward The concrete suggestions for the operation are that the society, schools, families and left behind high school students themselves will work together to improve their lives, study and health conditions, so as to promote the progress of their left behind high school students in English learning.
