【摘要】:在“以人为本”和“为学生终身发展服务”的新教育理念下,教师角色逐渐成为实现教育改革成功的关键。国家教育部实施基础教育改革,改变以“教师为中心”的传统教育模式,推行以“学生为中心”的新课程改革发展理念,树立“以人为本”的社会主义核心价值观。基于学生自主合作探究的“翻转课堂”理念,成为国内教育界备受关注的教育创新点。然而国内对“翻转课堂”理念下教师的多元化角色研究还比较少,对外语课堂中教师的多元化角色研究更是少而又少。因此,本研究旨在探讨翻转课堂理念下基础教育中学英语教师的多元化角色。本研究旨在回答以下两个究问题:(1)师生所期待的教师角色与实践中教师角色之间的差异是什么?(2)与传统课堂相比,翻转课堂理念下英语教师的角色定位是什么?本研究采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、课堂观摩法和师生访谈法等科学研究方法进行探索。研究者利用在汉阴中学,西安市第26中,西北工业大学附属中学初高中部的实习机会以及在陕西师范大学附属中学分校的工作机会,分别对这五所学校进行了问卷调查、课堂观察和师生访谈。通过以美国林地公园高中的翻转课堂的实录,对比中国传统课堂教师角色,开展实验对比和数理统计研究,呈现了中学课堂教师角色的多元化。研究发现:目前近80%的英语教师接受过新教育改革的学习,但教师的实际角色转换却较为缓慢,甚至一些教师在学业成绩的压力下不敢突破传统教育思想,因此教师单一的实际角色很难满足新课程改革下学生所期待的多元化角色。而翻转课堂通过现代教育网络媒体技术结合慕课,微课,计算机辅助教学,APP网络平台教学和虚拟教学共同体等现代教育模式“颠倒”了传统师生“教与学”的关系,以“学生的学”在前,“教师的教”在后,验证了新时期教师角色的多元化。如:组织者,管理者,促进者,鼓励者,帮助者,咨询者,交流者,课程发展者,家长代理者,实践创新者等。本研究在翻转课堂的教育理念下,为教师提供了多元化角色的范式,阐释了教师角色转变的必要性和教师角色定位的新目标,为教师角色中出现的潜在问题提供了一些有效的教学策略和解决方案来改善教师在课堂教学过程中的行为,以此来提高课堂的教学效果和质量。
[Abstract]:Under the new educational concept of "people-oriented" and "serving for students' lifelong development", the role of teacher has gradually become the key to the success of educational reform. The Ministry of Education has implemented the reform of basic education. We should change the traditional mode of teacher-centered education and carry out the new curriculum reform and development concept of student-centered curriculum. Set up "people-oriented" socialist core values, based on students' independent cooperation to explore the concept of "flipping classroom". It has become a focus of educational innovation in China. However, there are few researches on teachers' diverse roles under the concept of "flipping classroom" in China. The research on teachers' diverse roles in foreign language classroom is less and less. The purpose of this study is to explore the pluralistic roles of English teachers in middle schools in basic education under the concept of flipping the classroom. What is the difference between the teacher's role and the teacher's role in practice? Compared with the traditional classroom, what is the role orientation of English teachers under the concept of flipping classroom? This study uses literature review, questionnaire survey, classroom observation and interviews between teachers and students to explore scientific research methods. The junior high school department of Northwest Polytechnic University and the job opportunities in the affiliated middle school of Shaanxi normal University conducted a questionnaire survey on the five schools. Classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students. By taking the record of the flipped classroom in American woodland park high school, this paper compares the roles of Chinese traditional classroom teachers, and carries out experimental comparison and mathematical statistical research. The study shows that nearly 80% English teachers have received the new education reform, but the actual role of teachers is relatively slow. Even some teachers dare not break through the traditional educational thought under the pressure of academic achievement. Therefore, it is very difficult for teachers to meet the diversified roles expected by students under the new curriculum reform, while the flipped classroom combines the curriculum, micro-teaching and computer-assisted teaching through modern educational network media technology. Modern educational models such as APP network platform teaching and virtual teaching community "reverse" the relationship between "teaching and learning" of traditional teachers and students, "students' learning" comes before "teacher's teaching". It verifies the diversity of teachers' roles in the new era, such as organizer, manager, promoter, motivator, helper, consultant, communicator, curriculum developer, parent agent. Under the concept of flipping classroom education, this study provides teachers with the paradigm of diverse roles, explains the necessity of teachers' role transformation and the new goal of teachers' role orientation. It provides some effective teaching strategies and solutions for the potential problems in the teacher's role to improve the teachers' behavior in the course of classroom teaching, so as to improve the teaching effect and quality.
