北京市中小学阳光排舞进校园开展模式研究

【摘要】：排舞,由英文“Line Dance”翻译而来。排舞(Line Dance)是在音乐伴奏下通过重复固定的舞步动作来愉悦身心的国际性体育运动。它起源于美国,深受不同国籍、性别及年龄的人群喜爱。2008年该项目开始在全国范围内开展起来。2014年1月1日起由国家体育总局领导下的全国排舞运动推广中心(以下简称“中心”)在全国开展“阳光排舞进校园”活动。2016年,为进一步落实国家体育总局开展“阳光体育活动”的决定,在“中心”的精心组织下,全国各地中小学及幼儿园积极开展“阳光排舞进校园,万所学校礼献祖国”大型公益活动。排舞运动在中小学校园的开展和普及使学生接触新兴的运动项目,有利于中小学体育教学内容的创新,形成本校特色和传统。随着“阳光排舞进校园”系列活动的开展,该项目正逐步地深入校园,丰富着学校体育课程资源。由于该运动在中小学校园开展缺乏可操作性的理论指导,本研究致力于北京市中小学阳光排舞进校园开展模式的构建。通过研究探寻该项目在中小学的开展模式,为其在中小学校园良好开展提供一定的理论参考。本文的研究方法有:文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法。研究结论:(1)“2+2双重联动”开展模式的开发形式包括排舞教学曲目的选取与创编、师资培训体系的构建;“2+2双重联动”开展模式推广形式主要包括专家团队的选派及专业从业人员的推广与传播等。(2)“2+2双重联动”开展模式的学习形式主要包括排舞运动课程的开设、成立排舞运动社团;“2+2双重联动”开展模式展演形式主要包括组建校排舞队、进行课外拓展活动等。(3)通过实施北京市中小学阳光排舞进校园“2+2双重联动”开展模式发现其具有可操作性和现实意义,实施内容具有系统性、广泛性和针对性,有利于排舞运动在中小学校园的良好开展。(4)实证案例分析发现,该模式的实践为学校体育课程注入活力,有利于特色排舞校园文化的形成。
