学者型思想政治课教师的成长探究

【摘要】：随着经济社会的快速发展,信息时代的到来,文化在综合国力竞争中的地位越来越突出,教育改革成为了各国都关注的重点。在教育改革的浪潮中,教师无疑是关键因素,教师对教育改革有着极其重要的作用。思想政治课教师不仅要传授学生知识,还要培养学生正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,思想政治课教师能够潜移默化的影响学生。国家需要一批学识渊博,有创造力、有经验的学者型教师来为国家培养新型人才,学者型思想政治课教师能够达到更高的发展要求。本文从三个部分对学者型教师的成长进行了探究。第一部分:对学者型教师的含义和意义指向进行了阐述。学者型教师要有先进的理念,科研的精神与创新的能力;第二部分:对做学者型思想政治课教师的内在品性与外在诉求进行了阐述。这一部分主要说明了学者型思想政治课教师要有专业精神、教育智慧以及问题意识以及教育教学的能力;第三部分:从教师、学校和社会三个层面分别进行了阐述,讲述了学者型思想政治课教师成长的路径。总的来说,学者型思想政治课教师的生成是以先进的教育理念为指导,灵活的教学方法为基础,过人的教育智慧为中介,以敏锐的洞察力为过程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the arrival of information age, culture is playing a more and more important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength. Education reform has become the focus of attention of all countries. Teachers are undoubtedly the key factors, teachers play an extremely important role in educational reform. Ideological and political teachers should not only impart students' knowledge, but also cultivate students' correct outlook on life, world outlook and values. Ideological and political teachers can imperceptibly influence the students. The country needs a group of knowledgeable, creative, experienced teachers to cultivate new talents for the country. This paper probes into the growth of student-oriented teachers from three parts. The first part:. This paper expounds the meaning and significance of the student-oriented teachers. The student-oriented teachers should have advanced ideas. The spirit of scientific research and the ability of innovation; The second part: the author expounds the inner character and the external demand of being a teacher of the Scholar-type ideological and political course. This part mainly explains that the Scholar-type ideological and political course teacher should have the professional spirit. Education wisdom, problem consciousness and teaching ability; The third part: from the teacher, the school and the society three aspects separately has carried on the elaboration, has described the student-type ideological and political lesson teacher growth path. The generation of scholarly ideological and political teachers is based on advanced educational concepts, flexible teaching methods, excellent educational wisdom as intermediary, and sharp insight as the process.
