【摘要】:俄国教育学家乌申斯基曾经说过:"教师是过去和未来之间的一个活的环节。它的事业,从表面来看虽然平凡,却是历史上最伟大的事业之一。"社会的发展离不开人才的培养,而教师恰恰是培育优秀人才的关键所在。师范实习教师作为未来教师的中坚力量,培养和提高他们的教学能力尤为重要。错误是课堂教学中不可避免的问题,对课堂错误的管理和利用考验着实习教师的水平,也影响着教学效率。由于实践经验不足,教学理论难以与课堂实际相结合,知识基础比较薄弱等原因,地理师范实习教师在利用和管理课堂错误时出现了很多误区,如处理方式不当、忽视课堂错误等。辩证看待课堂错误,适当利用课堂错误,不仅可以提高教学的质量,而且对师生双方的思维发展都会产生积极的作用。本研究主要分五章进行阐述。第一章绪论,介绍了研究背景与研究意义,界定相关概念,梳理了国内外的研究现状,并说明了论文研究的对象与方法。第二章分析地理师范实习教师在利用课堂错误资源有哪些误区,通过观察和记录实习教师的课堂教学视频,总结他们在管理和利用课堂错误时出现的问题。第三章探究地理师范实习教师不当利用课堂错误资源的原因,从实习教师自身不足和师范院校、实习单位指导不够两方面进行说明。第四章从师范生、师范院校及实习单位三个层面提出了能够帮助实习教师提高利用课堂错误能力的对策与建议。第五章结语,对本文的研究进行总结与反思,并为今后相关的研究提供建议。
[Abstract]:Russian educator Ushinski once said: "the teachers between the past and the future is a live link. Its cause, from the surface, although the ordinary, one of the greatest cause is the history of culture." the development of the society cannot do without talent, and teachers just is the key to cultivating talents. Normal practice the teacher as the backbone of the future teachers, cultivate and improve their teaching ability is very important. Mistakes are inevitable problems in classroom teaching, a test of the level of student teachers and using classroom error management, but also affects the efficiency of teaching. Due to lack of experience, and the actual classroom teaching theory to combine knowledge base weak, geography teacher student teachers appeared many errors in the use and management of class errors, such as improper handling, ignoring teaching errors. Dialectical view class The proper use of classroom mistakes, mistakes, not only can improve the quality of teaching, but also will have a positive effect on both teachers and students thinking development. This paper is mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background and research significance, definition of related concepts, combing the research status at home and abroad, and explain the the object and method of the paper. The second chapter analyzes the geography teachers what errors in the use of classroom resources wrong practice teacher, through observation and practice of teachers in the classroom teaching video recording, summarizing they appear in the management and use of the classroom error problem. The third chapter explores the practice of geography teacher reasons of teachers' improper use of resources from the wrong classroom. Their lack of practice teachers and college internships, not enough guidance of two aspects. The fourth chapter from the three aspects of students, teachers colleges and internships The fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes and reflects on the research in this paper, and provides suggestions for future related research.
