太原市足球特色学校足球开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：太原市成为首批全国足球布点城市,其中49所学校被命名为全国校园足球特色学校。这些学校不仅有一定的传统优势,同时学校硬件设施、学校师资的力量、以及教育与体育部门的重视程度都占据很大的优势。太原市山西省的省会,从经济方面、人才方面、思想方面和重视程度等,都有一定的代表和先行示范作用。太原市足球特色学校的足球发展面临诸多困境,如何根据太原市自身的特点,结合当今的发展现状,因地制宜、差异化的提出可行性、创造性对策,正是本论文的研究价值和意义。本研究通过一些常用的论文撰写方法,对太原市初中和高中同为足球特色的九所学校进行调查、研究和分析。得出以下结论:(1)太原市足球特色学校足球教师的教育结构层次总体较高,有着较高知识储备。但是很多没有运动员经历,使他们在足球技术动作的理解上有一定的欠缺,导致水平参差不齐,同时拥有教练证的很少。(2)太原市学校足球特色学校的学生,有超过70%的每星期定期去参加足球活动,一定程度上营造了足球氛围,扩大了足球人口数量。(3)太原市足球特色学校班主任总体上比较支持学生参与足球活动,但是学生家长受到一些因素的干扰,整体上看对孩子参加足球运动的态度不是很积极。(4)太原市足球特色学校学生参与校园足球受到课业负担、硬件设施、班主任态度、参与途径、师资力量、身体素质和家长态度等方面因素的影响。(5)太原市足球特色学校校足球队的建设取得一定的成绩,但是体系还不成熟,足球的训练和管理体制还不够完善。(6)太原市足球特色学校校内比赛还是比较欠缺,由于比赛场地、时间、安全和经费等限制,比赛场次较少,使一部分学生无法上场参加足球比赛。(7)太原市足球特色学校都将足球计划列入了学校日常工作计划当中,每个学校有了工作计划,目标会更加明确、开展的过程和步骤会更加具体。根据以上结论,给出以下建议:(1)充分挖掘和整合社会资源,将现有的体育场在假期时间对学生免费开放,缓解场地缺乏的现状。(2)加大对足球教师的培训力度,同时,建立一支专业足球教练员队伍,定期去各个学校进行指导和帮助。(3)在完善保障机制上下功夫,积极制定和建立意外应急方案,扩大意外伤害保险的覆盖,将足球可能带来的危害降到最低,打消教师、家长对组织学生进行足球运动的顾虑,从而解决家长对孩子安全问题的后顾之忧。(4)加强足球课程建设,制定适合太原市足球教学和训练计划。开展以足球为内容形式的主题大课间体育活动,来丰富课余足球活动,并形成制度化和常规化。(5)建立完善各种赛事,使尽可能多的学生去参加,促进球技的进步。同时组建校园足球俱乐部,由专门的足球教师进行管理和组织,以丰富其课外活动。(6)对校园足球进行多渠道的宣传,充分利用新型媒体微博、贴吧、微信等传播平台,使校园足球的影响大为增强。(7)完善校园足球领导专人制,有专人去为校园足球服务,校园足球开展的过程和步骤会更加具体,目标和进度的考核会更加细致。
[Abstract]:Taiyuan city became the first national football city, the 49 school was named the national campus football school. There are not only some traditional advantages of these schools at the same time, the hardware facilities of the school, school teachers, the degree of attention and education and sports department will take great advantage.
