【摘要】：足球运动是世界第一大运动,深受世界人民的喜爱,尤其是中学生特别喜爱足球运动。广泛开展足球运动,对于提高人们的身体素质具有积极的促进作用。校园足球作为发展足球运动的重要组成部分也日益受到国家领导人的高度重视,在2015年颁布的《中国足球改革总体方案》中多处涉及到校园足球方面的政策,使得我国校园足球改革发展迎来翻天覆地的变化。这些政策改革推动了我国校园足球的发展,促使更多的学生享受到了足球带给他们的快乐。同时,也为国家提供了大量的足球后备人才。校足球队作为校园足球的中坚力量,它的良性发展对于校园足球的发展起着十分重要的作用。本研究以沈阳市朝鲜族第二中学校足球队现状作为研究对象,采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、个案分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对该校足球队现状进行深入的调查研究与分析,经研究得出以下结论:1.沈阳市朝鲜族第二中学校足球队在1989年成立至今已走过27个年头,有着较长的发展历史,该校足球的发展氛围十分浓厚,学校逐步将足球作为体育特色发展项目。2.校领导重视球队发展体现在为增加经费来源,积极向上级教育、体育系统申请拨款;为有效缓解教练员专业化较低的问题,学校与沈阳体育学院进行合作,成为沈阳体育学院足球专项学生的定点实习学校,但未从根本上改变较少专业化水平低的发展困境。3.沈阳市朝鲜族第二中学场地与器材情况基本满足训练的需要,基础训练设施比较完善,这给予了校足球队在训练过程中大力的支持与帮助。4.足球队运动员有着较好的发展前景较好,多数运动员通过足球特长顺利升学,还有部分优秀队员成为职业足球运动员。5.为缓解队员学训矛盾,校领导定期召开任课教师动员会议,提高各科教师对队员的关注度,促使各科教师能够自觉为学生义务补习功课,增强其对足球项目的认识,提升各科教师对学生参与校足球队的支持度,但仍无法从根本上解决运动员学训矛盾。6.在校足球队经费方面,2009年以前,主要由学校出资,随着校园足球活动的推进近年来该校足球队经费主要来源于四个部分,包含体教系统的拨款,民营企业家的赞助及学校自筹,这些费用可以基本满足校足球队日常训练的需求。
