高考英语对高中生英语学习的反拨作用

【摘要】：自2013年以来,中国高考英语测试被列为重点改革项目之一。测试对师生和教学产生的影响被称为反拨效应,又叫反拨作用。现有的许多反拨效应研究都主要集中在测试对教学的影响,但关于测试对学生及其学习的反拨效应还很欠缺。高中生作为高中英语教育的主体、高考英语的直接承担者理应受到更多关注。高考英语考试对高中学生的英语学习有哪些反拨作用,是什么原因导致的,以及如何提高高考英语测试对高中英语学习者的正面反拨作用、降低其负面反拨作用是本次研究的聚焦点。本次研究以攀枝花市某高中三个年级306名学生和6名高中英语教师为调查对象,综合运用问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察这三种研究方法,重点研究高考英语测试对学生的学习产生了哪些反拨作用及其促成因素。发放调查问卷306份,有效回收298份。在发放问卷的6个班级中做了课堂观察。在此基础上深度访谈了6个班的6名英语任课教师和9名学生。本研究的调查结果表明,高考英语测试对高中生英语学习产生了正面反拨作用和负面反拨作用,其具体表现在学生的学习态度、学习内容和学习材料等方面。此外,调查结果还表明造成高考反拨作用的因素是多方面的,主要分为内部因素和外部因素。内部因素包括高考英语本身的考试内容和考试形式;外部因素则包括六个方面:1)学生的学习动机;2)学生的学习方法;3)学生对学习和高考的态度;4)语言环境的缺乏;5)教师的指导;6)学校环境的影响。基于调查结果,作者针对高考英语测试对高中生英语学习所产生的反拨效应提出了四项具体建议:帮助学生树立正确的学习目标、提高学生学习技能、提高英语学习的实用性、针对高考英语改革的相应准备。这次调查对高考英语测试对学生学习产生的反拨作用进行了初步研究,从一个新的视角对高考与学习的关系进行了探讨,并对这方面的研究提供了一定的实证补充,以期对改进高考英语测试和促进高中生英语学习提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, the college entrance examination English test in China has been listed as one of the key reform projects. The impact of the test on teachers and students and teaching is called backwash effect. Many existing researches mainly focus on the effect of test on teaching, but the backwash effect of test on students and their learning is still lacking. High school students are the main body of English education in senior high school. The direct bearer of college entrance examination English should be paid more attention. What is the backwash effect of the college entrance examination on senior high school students' English learning and what is the cause? And how to improve the positive backwash effect of NMET on high school English learners. It is the focus of this study to reduce its negative backwash effect. In this study, 306 students of three grades and 6 English teachers in a senior high school in Panzhihua City were investigated with questionnaires and interviews. Classroom observation of these three research methods, focusing on the college entrance examination English test on the study of students what backwash effect and its contributing factors. 306 questionnaires were distributed. Based on this, we conducted in-depth interviews with 6 English teachers and 9 students in six classes. The college entrance examination (NMET) has a positive and negative backwash effect on senior high school students' English learning, which is embodied in the students' learning attitude, learning content and learning materials. The results also show that there are many factors that cause the backwash of the college entrance examination, which are mainly divided into internal factors and external factors, including the content and form of the examination of the college entrance examination. External factors include six aspects: 1) students' learning motivation; 2) students' learning methods; 3) students' attitude towards study and college entrance examination; 4) lack of language environment; 5) the guidance of teachers; 6) the influence of school environment. Based on the results of the investigation, the author puts forward four specific suggestions on the backwash effect of the college entrance examination (NMET) on senior high school students' English learning: to help students set up correct learning goals. In order to improve the students' learning skills and improve the practicability of English learning, the author makes a preliminary study on the backwash effect of the college entrance examination English test on the students' study in accordance with the corresponding preparation for the reform of the college entrance examination. This paper discusses the relationship between college entrance examination and learning from a new perspective, and provides a certain empirical supplement to this research. In order to improve the college entrance examination English test and promote senior high school students English learning to provide some reference value.
