化学新手教师与专家型教师课堂动态生成的比较研究

【摘要】:随着新课程改革巨轮的不断前进,课堂动态生成引起了越来越广泛的关注。由于课堂动态生成具有着不确定性、开放性和即时性等特点,所以课堂动态生成是化学学科课堂教学的基本要求,是促进有效教学的重要渠道,同时也体现了新课程理念。本文以“课堂动态生成”为主题,对高中化学新手教师和专家型教师的课堂动态生成进行了比较和研究。论文主要包括以下几个部分:第一部分,首先阐明选题的原因,指出课堂动态生成是新课程理念的基本要求,是促进有效教学的需要,是促进新手教师专业发展的需要。第二部分,文献综述。对课堂动态生成研究现状进行了综述,同时比较了新手教师和专家型教师各方面的差异。通过研读前人的研究成果,开拓了自己的研究思路,进而明确了自己的研究方向。第三部分,说明本研究目的与方法。第四部分,研究的理论基础。主要概括总结了课堂动态生成的内涵和特征。选择几个典型的、动态生成高发的五个方面——提问、实验、讲解、交流讨论、板书,构建了化学课堂动态生成的分析模型,并确立了具体的观察指标。第五部分,新手教师与专家型教师课堂动态生成的具体比较研究。基于化学课堂动态生成的分析模型,对高一化学新手教师和专家型教师课堂动态生成的差异进行了比较分析。通过研究发现,专家型教师比新手教师课堂动态生成的次数更多;提问和讲解两个维度是课堂动态生成的主要方面;课堂动态生成是专家型教师有意识的行为,对于新手教师是无意识行为。此外,我们还对被研究的教师进行了深入的访谈,进一步探查他们对课堂动态生成的意识和立场。第六部分,根据研究的分析结果,得出结论。同时,反思论文研究中的不足并指出进一步研究的必要性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the new curriculum reform, classroom dynamic generation has attracted more and more attention. Because of the uncertainty, openness and immediacy of classroom dynamic generation. Therefore, classroom dynamic generation is the basic requirement of chemistry classroom teaching, is an important channel to promote effective teaching, but also reflects the new curriculum concept. This paper takes "classroom dynamic generation" as the theme. The dynamic generation of senior high school chemistry novice teachers and expert teachers are compared and studied. The thesis mainly includes the following parts: the first part, the reasons for the topic are explained. It is pointed out that classroom dynamic generation is the basic requirement of the new curriculum concept, the need to promote effective teaching and the need to promote the professional development of novice teachers. Literature review. This paper summarizes the current situation of classroom dynamic generation, and compares the differences between novice teachers and expert teachers. Through reading the previous research results, it opens up its own research ideas. The third part explains the purpose and method of this study. Part 4th, the theoretical basis of the study. Mainly summarizes the connotation and characteristics of classroom dynamic generation. Select several typical. Dynamic generation of high incidence of five aspects-questioning, experiment, explanation, exchange and discussion, blackboard, built a chemistry classroom dynamic generation analysis model, and established a specific observation index. 5th part. A comparative study of classroom dynamic generation between novice teachers and expert teachers. An analytical model based on chemistry classroom dynamic generation. The differences of classroom dynamic generation between novice chemistry teachers and expert teachers are compared and analyzed. It is found that the number of classroom dynamic generation of expert teachers is more than that of novice teachers. The two dimensions of questioning and explanation are the main aspects of classroom dynamic generation; Classroom dynamic generation is a conscious behavior of expert teachers and unconscious behavior for novice teachers. In addition, we also conducted in-depth interviews with the teachers studied. Part 6th, based on the analysis of the results of the study, draws a conclusion. At the same time, it reflects on the shortcomings of the research and points out the necessity of further research.
