全面依法治国背景下中学生法律意识教育研究

【摘要】：十八大四中全会将全面依法治国作为治国理政的重要方略,将建设法治国家作为我国社会未来发展的重要目标,对中学生法律意识教育提了新的要求。立足于这一新要求,客观研究当前我国中学生法律意识教育的现实状况,发现其存在的问题、差距及深层原因,寻找加强和改进中学生法律意识教育的有效对策,提高中学生法律意识教育的科学性和有效性,就显得尤为重要。全文共三个部分:第一部分:阐明全面依法治国的内涵及对中学生法律意识教育提出的新要求。本部分内容是在阅读了大量的相关文献资料以后,在充分了解法治中国提出的背景的基础上,结合当前中学生法律意识教育的特点,结合全面依法治国战略的提出对中学生法律意识教育提出的新要求。这部分内容是研究的基础也是就文章的基础内容。第二部分:当前中学生法律意识教育与全面推进依法治国存在的差距及原因分析。这部分内容是在仔细研读了关于依法治国理论的相关中央文献,结合当前中学生法律意识教育的现实状况和中学生法律意识水平状况,分析了中学生法律意识教育与全面依法治国设对其提出的要求之间的差距及原因,这也是本文的重点和难点。第三部分:以全面依法治国要求为统领改进中学生法律意识教育的对策思考。针对当前中学生法律意识教育现状与全面依法治国要求存在的差距和原因,在继承过去工作成功经验的基础上,从改进中学生法律意识教育教育理念、完善中学生法律意识教育内容、探索新的教育教学方法以及促使形成社会各方教育的合力几方面着手,探索改进中学生法律意识教育现状的途径和方法。解决问题是研究的目的所在,因而,这部分内容也是本文的落脚点。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee will comprehensively rule the country according to law as an important general plan for governing the country, and take the building of a country ruled by law as an important goal for the future development of our society. On the basis of this new requirement, this paper objectively studies the current situation of middle school students' legal consciousness education in our country, and finds out its existing problems, gaps and deep reasons. To find the effective countermeasures to strengthen and improve the legal consciousness education of middle school students, and to improve the scientific and effectiveness of the legal consciousness education of middle school students. There are three parts: the first part:. This part expounds the connotation of comprehensive rule of law and the new requirements for the legal consciousness education of middle school students. This part is after reading a lot of relevant literature. On the basis of fully understanding the background of the rule of law in China, combined with the characteristics of the current middle school students' legal awareness education. This part is the foundation of the research and the basic content of the article. The second part:. The current middle school students' legal consciousness education and the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law exist in the gap and cause analysis. This part of the content is a careful study of the relevant central literature on the theory of governing the country according to law. Combined with the current situation of middle school students' legal consciousness education and the level of middle school students' legal consciousness, this paper analyzes the gap and reasons between the education of middle school students' legal consciousness and the requirements put forward by the overall rule of law. This is also the focus and difficulty of this paper. Part three:. The countermeasures of improving the legal consciousness education of middle school students should be guided by the requirement of ruling the country according to the law in an all-round way. On the basis of inheriting the successful experience of the past work, we should improve the educational concept of middle school students' legal consciousness and improve the content of the education of middle school students' legal consciousness. The purpose of this study is to explore new educational and teaching methods and to promote the formation of the resultant force of all aspects of education, and to explore the ways and methods to improve the current situation of legal consciousness education of middle school students. The purpose of the study is to solve the problems. This part of the content is also the foothold of this article.
