豫南地区农村校园足球开展状况及对策研究

【摘要】：2009年4月国家体育总局、教育部联合下发《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》[1],校园足球的相关工作在全国各地相继展开,校园足球成为全国上下共同关注的热点。运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等对豫南地区南阳、信阳、驻马店三市35个县区中的105所农村学校进行问卷调查及实地调研,通过对当前豫南农村地区校园足球的开展现状调查分析,找出阻碍校园足球在豫南农村地区开展的影响因素,寻找到相对适合豫南地区农村校园足球的开展方式及途径,使校园足球的普及更广泛、更深入。对河南省农村学校校园足球的开展具有重要的战略意义。研究结果表明:豫南地区农村学校大部门学校领导对校园足球活动不重视;豫南地区农村学校很多学校校长、教师及家长对校园足球的认知程度较低;豫南地区农村学校大部分学校校园足球活动相关场地器材极度缺乏;豫南地区农村学校大部分学校缺乏校园足球专项资金;豫南地区农村学校多数学校校园足球专项师资力量不足;豫南地区农村学校多数地区上级行政部门对校园足球活动的帮扶及支持力度不够。这些都是足球走进豫南农村校园的制约因素。通过分析豫南地区农村校园足球开展过程中遇到的问题提出以下对策:建立和完善“体教结合”足球后备人才培养机制;加强宣传健全考核,扎实推进足球走进农村校园;提高认知多元参与为足球走进农村校园垫石铺路;统一思想,积极营造校园足球文化氛围;教师走出去人才引进来提高足球专项师资力量;加大校园足球资金投入,为足球走进农村校园提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:On April 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Circular on the Development of National Youth Campus Football activities. [1. The related work of campus football has been carried out all over the country, and campus football has become the focus of attention all over the country. The use of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods of southern Henan Province Nanyang, Xinyang. 105 rural schools in 35 counties of Zhumadian City were investigated by questionnaire and field investigation, and the current situation of campus football in rural areas of southern Henan was investigated and analyzed. To find out the influence factors that hinder the development of campus football in rural areas of southern Henan, to find a relatively suitable way and approach for the development of rural football in southern Henan, so as to make the popularity of campus football more widespread. It is of great strategic significance to the development of campus football in rural schools in Henan Province. The results show that the school leaders in most rural schools in southern Henan do not attach importance to campus football activities; Many school principals, teachers and parents in rural schools in the south of Henan Province have a low level of understanding of campus football; Most of the rural schools in the south of Henan are lack of facilities related to campus football activities. Most of the rural schools in southern Henan lack special funds for campus football; Most of the rural schools in the south of Henan province lack the special teaching staff of campus football; The higher administrative departments in most areas of rural schools in the south of Henan province do not give enough support to the campus football activities. These are the restrictive factors for football to enter the rural campus in the south of Henan province. Through the analysis of the football in the rural areas of southern Henan province. The problems encountered in the process of development proposed the following countermeasures:. To establish and perfect the training mechanism of "combination of sports and education" football reserve talents; Strengthen propaganda and sound examination, promote football into the rural campus; Improve the cognitive multi-participation to pave the way for football to enter the rural campus; Unifying ideas and actively creating campus football culture atmosphere; Teachers go out and attract talents to improve the special teaching staff of football; Increase investment in campus football, football into the rural campus to provide adequate protection.
