优秀传统文化融入中小学德育研究

【摘要】:优秀传统文化是中小学德育的重要资源,优秀传统文化中的内容对于今天的中小学德育仍具有借鉴性。今天我国的中小学德育仍然需要从古代优秀传统文化中汲取智慧。优秀传统文化所包含的习惯养成,注重道德教育,修身养性,天人合一等内容与现代中小学德育所提倡的塑造中小学生良好的品格,提升其良好的道德品质具有一定的契合之处。今天的中小学德育由古代德育发展而来,优秀传统文化中对于人的道德养成所用的道德教化等方法,对于今天的德育教育仍有一定的启发性,因而优秀传统文化融入中小学德育具有一定的可能性。当前多种文化交织和互联网的发展,使得青少年崇尚西方文化,而冷遇本民族文化。同时西方不良文化的侵入,使得中小学生的价值取向发生了混乱,对于青少年的成长极为不利。这一背景也要求优秀传统文化融入中小学德育,为德育的发展提供一定的资源。此外,社会主义核心价值观也要从优秀传统文化中汲取智慧,因而对中小学生进行社会主义核心价值观教育,离不开优秀传统文化的教育。因而优秀传统文化融入中小学德育势在必行,但是目前优秀传统文化融入中小学德育存在着认知误区,重形式轻内容等问题,需要加以解决。道德教育是学校的灵魂和归宿,其效果如何直接关系中小学生道德品质如何。因而应解决好优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的问题,提升道德教育效果,发挥好优秀传统文化在中小学德育的作用。优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的问题的解决,需要国家完善政策,学校,社会和家庭加以配合,只有各方形成合力,才能使优秀传统文化更好的融入中小学德育。优秀传统文化融入中小学德育主体由引言,一般概述,存在的问题和原因分析,措施,原则几部分组成。优秀传统文化融入中小学德育引言分析了优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的背景、国内外研究现状、使用方法和论文创新点等内容。论文正文第一部分是相关问题的一般概述,对优秀传统文化和德育的内涵进行了阐述;并对中小学德育与优秀传统文化的关系进行了分析:从优秀传统文化丰富了德育体系、中小学德育可以弘扬和发展优秀传统文化、二者途径的一致性和二者理论契合性几个方面来阐明;对优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的意义进行了说明,主要从文化自信、社会主义核心价值观的倡导等方面来进行说明;对优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的内容进行了说明。正文第二部分说明了优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的问题,并对产生问题的原因进行了分析。优秀传统文化融入中小学德育所存在的问题主要是忽视优秀传统文化的德育功能、优秀传统文化师资短缺、优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的模式和途径均没有统一的规定、优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的内容选取、优秀传统文化融入中小学德育效果不理想等几个方面来说明。而之所以会产生这些问题,主要是由于以下原因:对优秀传统文化认识不全面、传统文化的师资培训制度不健全、优秀传统文化融入中小学德育形式化、教育工作者不了解中小学德育形成和发展规律、优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的政策不完善等。论文第三部分是完善措施,这也是论文写作的初衷。主要包括加强对优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的政策扶持:国家要为优秀传统文化融入中小学德育提供师资、教材保障,在加大优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的宣传、合理定位优秀传统文化教育等方面进一步完善国家相关政策。学校要发挥好主渠道作用,将优秀传统文化融入德育纳入到直接德育、间接德育和活动德育等途径中,同时应注意学生的德育发展规律和特点。家庭要为优秀传统文化融入中小学德育提供良好的家庭环境,社会要为优秀传统文化融入中小学德育提供更多的空间和资源。论文第四部分是优秀传统文化融入中小学德育的原则,这也是德育和教育工作者应注意的问题;即优秀传统文化融入中小学德育要取其精华去其糟粕,选取优秀传统文化拒绝糟粕。要将优秀传统文化的内容与时代内涵结合起来,对优秀传统文化作出符合现代性的阐释。要将发扬本民族文化与引进外来文化相结合。要处理好优秀传统文化与马克思主义的关系:马克思主义是我国的指导思想,是中国文化方向和旗帜。优秀传统文化是中华民族的血脉和精神基因。
