海沧区书法教育现状分析及改进措施

【摘要】：素质教育已经成为当今教育事业发展的主题,随着素质教育的发展及新课标的不断推进,书法教育作为基础素质教育中的重要组成部分,2011年8月教育部发文指出：书法是中华民族的文化瑰宝,是人类文明的宝贵财富,是基础教育的重要内容,小学要设计有关课程及活动开展书法教育。尤其2013年1月教育部又下发《中小学书法教育指导纲要》,对书法课程提出了具体的教学要求。预示着书法教育的春天已经到来。虽然大部分省市已对本地区的小学书法教育进行了改革,但书法课程要真正落实到中小学课堂中依然面临诸多问题需要我们认真分析和应对。因此,要从实质上大力推进素质教育及提升学生的艺术修养,对海沧地区学校的书法教育进行普及或改革势在必行。论文以厦门市海沧区书法教育为例对其现状展开了实施调查,并通过大量收集到的数据以反映当地书法教育的发展现状,并就存在的一些突出问题作为论述。此外,通过将收集得来的信息进行比较,总结各学校书法教学发展之所长,探索在学校有限的时间、限有资源的条件下开展书法教育知识的普及活动的可能性及有效性,提出学校书法教育与学生健康成长及学校综合管理的紧密联系,旨在还愿书法教育的基本功能及社会意义。
[Abstract]:Quality education has become the subject of the development of education. With the development of quality education and the development of new curriculum standards, calligraphy education as an important part of the basic quality education. In August 2011, the Ministry of Education issued a document pointing out that calligraphy is the cultural treasure of the Chinese nation, the precious wealth of human civilization and the important content of basic education. Primary schools should design relevant courses and activities to carry out calligraphy education. In January 2013, the Ministry of Education issued the guidelines for calligraphy Education in Primary and Middle Schools. This paper puts forward specific teaching requirements for calligraphy curriculum. It indicates that the spring of calligraphy education has come. Although most provinces and cities have carried on the reform to the primary school calligraphy education in this area. However, calligraphy curriculum to implement in primary and secondary school classroom still faces many problems need us to seriously analyze and deal with. Therefore, in essence, we should vigorously promote quality education and enhance the artistic accomplishment of students. It is imperative to popularize or reform calligraphy education in Haicang school. This paper takes the calligraphy education in Haicang District of Xiamen as an example to carry out an investigation into the present situation. And through a large number of data collected to reflect the development of local calligraphy education, and on the existence of some outstanding problems as a discussion. In addition, through the collection of information to compare. This paper summarizes the development of calligraphy teaching in schools and explores the possibility and effectiveness of popularizing calligraphy education under the condition of limited time and limited resources. This paper puts forward the close relation between calligraphy education in school and the healthy growth of students and the comprehensive management of school, aiming at the basic function and social significance of calligraphy education of vows.
