排舞在成都市中学学校体育中的开展现状研究

【摘要】:中学是九年义务教育中的重要阶段,也是学生生长发育、身心成熟的重要阶段,更是学生为进入高中打下运动知识和技能的重要阶段,由于受应试教育的影响,学生每天在学校进行体育活动的时间实际上很难得到保证,体育课随便被其他任课教师挤占的现象频繁发生,长期下去,学生的体质明显下降,不利于学生身心健康和全面发展,严重影响学生的学习和日常生活。因此,在这种情形下,积极响应党中央的号召,在中学校园里积极开展丰富多彩的学校体育活动,提高学生的体质健康水平显得尤为重要。本文从排舞在成都市中学学校体育中的开展现状着手分析,运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法对成都市中学排舞教学活动的形式与内容、组织与管理、学生参与的态度与动机、宣传方式等进行系统分析。研究结果表明排舞运动在成都市中学学校体育的开展情况还属于起步阶段,学生和教师对于排舞运动的态度是十分喜爱的,也很欢迎排舞进入学校体育教学中。但将其推广到成都市中学学校体育教学中仍存在着颇多阻碍,总结如下:第一,主管部门对排舞重视不足。一个体育项目在学校开展的好坏在很大程度上取决于领导对这项体育教学工作的认识程度和重视程度。第二,师资水平不够高。对于不断发展和创新的排舞教学来说,专业知识的缺乏,创编能力差等,不利于排舞的发展。第三,大班教学,教学效果不明显。中学体育教学形式还是男女混合上班,人数较多,组织调动比较困难,男女生学习进度又不同等等这些都导致教学效果不明显。第四,中学生喜爱的排舞曲目有限。适合中学生锻炼的曲目数量有限,并且针对中学生的原创曲目不多。在此基础上,对排舞在中学学校体育中更好的开展提出了4方面的建议:第一,校领导应该提高对排舞运动的认识和重视程度第二,上级部门应多安排教师进行排舞运动的培训第三,教学内容应符合学生需求,体现以学生为本第四,加大对排舞运动的宣传力度,营造良好的校园体育文化氛围
[Abstract]:Middle school is an important stage of nine-year compulsory education, also an important stage of students' growth and development, physical and mental maturity, but also an important stage for students to lay down sports knowledge and skills for entering high school, because of the influence of examination-oriented education. It is very difficult to guarantee the time of students' physical activity in school every day. The phenomenon that physical education is crowded out by other teachers happens frequently. In the long run, students' physique obviously drops. It is not conducive to students' physical and mental health and all-round development, and seriously affects students' study and daily life. Therefore, under such circumstances, we should actively respond to the call of the CPC Central Committee. It is very important to actively carry out rich and colorful school sports activities and improve the students' physical health level in the middle school campus. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the row dance in Chengdu middle school physical education. Using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and other research methods to study the form and content, organization and management, attitude and motivation of students' participation in the teaching activities of line dance in Chengdu middle school. The research results show that the development of line dance in Chengdu middle school physical education is still in the initial stage, students and teachers are very fond of it. Also welcome line dance into the school physical education teaching. But it will be extended to Chengdu middle school physical education teaching there are still quite a lot of obstacles, summarized as follows: first. The competent departments pay less attention to the line dance. The quality of a sports event in the school depends to a large extent on the leadership's understanding of the physical education work and the degree of attention. Second. The level of teachers is not high enough. For the continuous development and innovation of line dance teaching, the lack of professional knowledge, poor creative ability and so on, is not conducive to the development of line dance. Third, large class teaching. The teaching effect is not obvious. The middle school physical education teaching form or the male and female mixed work, the number is more, the organization transfer is more difficult, the male and female student study progress is different and so on these all result in the teaching effect not obvious. 4th. Middle school students' favorite repertoire is limited. The number of tracks suitable for middle school students' exercise is limited, and the original music for middle school students is not many. On this basis. On the line dance in middle school physical education better development of the following four suggestions: first, school leaders should improve the understanding of the dance movement and the degree of attention to the second. The superior department should arrange the teacher to carry on the training of the row dance movement. Third, the teaching content should accord with the students' demand, embody the student-based 4th, increase the propaganda of the line dance movement, and create a good campus sports culture atmosphere.
