【摘要】：当前,教育管理信息化逐渐在教育信息化的发展中扮演者越来越重要的角色。然而,由于教育管理信息化发展和区域信息化发展的相关性,宁夏地区教育管理信息化的发展相比较国内发达地区还存在着很大的差距,且有愈演愈烈的趋势。本研究以宁夏基础教育管理信息化的发展现状为基础,立足于文献政策的整理和实地调查,通过合适的步骤与方法对宁夏基础教育管理信息化进行构建和实证,从指标体系的构建过程和实证研究中,探索指标体系存在的问题,从而对指标体系加以修正,最终得到一套相对科学、完善、具体可操作的宁夏基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系。详细的说,本文主要由四部分构成：第一部分,主要针对本研究的研究背景、现状和来源进行阐述,总结出本研究的目的和意义。针对国内外有关教育管理信息化的方针政策、概念定义以及研究现状进行整理,同时搜集基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系构建所需要的方法与流程等方面相关的资料,为建立宁夏基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系提供政策与文献的支持。第二部分,确定本研究的研究方法和理论依据,同时制定构建指标体系具体的技术路线,为研究的下一步展开设置详细可操作的方法和流程。然后根据先前确立的方法路线,构建符合宁夏地区现状的基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系。第三部分,根据先前确立的方法路线,构建符合宁夏地区现状的基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系。按照构建好的基础教育管理信息化评估指标体系初稿,从校长、学科教师、信息技术教师三个方面设计调查问卷和访谈提纲,从而完成指标体系的具体化,同时选取合适的样本学校进行实证研究,获取数据。第四部分,通过对评估指标体系的实证检验,发现并完善指标体系,同时通过构建评估指标体系的流程提出具体的基础教育管理信息化指标构建模型,为后续的研究提出一套可行的方案。
[Abstract]:At present, educational management informatization is playing a more and more important role in the development of educational informatization. However, due to the relevance of educational management information development and regional information development.
