黔西北地区中等职业学校体育发展现状的调查研究

【摘要】:中职学校体育是当前学术界关注的热点问题之一,采取陈超美博士开发的可视化软件citespaceIII对现有文献成果进行了图谱分析,发现迄今该研究领域的主题主要集中在中职学校体育教学、教学改革、校园体育文化等方面,这些成果为进一步探析中职学校体育奠定了基础,但迄今,针对我国西部贫困地区中职学校体育研究的成果尚极为鲜见。为了解黔西北地区中职学校体育开展现状及存在的主要问题,进而为相关教育管理部门制定针对性的决策提供参考和事实依据,本研究在综合分析中职学校体育概念及其内涵的基础上,采取文献资料、数理统计、问卷调查等研究方法就黔西北地区中职学校体育教学的内容、教学方法、评价体系、基础设施等方面展开了实地调查和分析,结果发现:(1)体育教学方面:黔西北地区中职学校体育边缘化较为严重;《体育与健康》这一指导性文件基本能得到贯彻和落实,但是多数中职学校采取的体育教学大纲仍以2000年版本为主。本土化校本课程开发力度不强,绝大多数中职学校教学内容主要以篮球、排球、乒乓球、羽毛球、足球、田径为主,仅有极少数中职学校开设了押加、高脚竞速等民族传统项目,同时,采取的教学方法、评价方式和持有的教学理念较为传统,素质教育理念贯彻得不够到位;(2)师资方面,该地区师生比例为1:229.3,显著低于国家标准;师资结构不够合理,女性教师、高学历、高职称教师比例较低、教师接受继续教育的学时显著低于国家标准;(3)基础设施及课外活动方面:经费来源单一、投入不足、领导认识不够,导致该地区中职学校体育基础设施不够完善,开展的课外体育活动多以篮球、乒乓球、排球等对场地要求不高的项目为主,而田径运动会则在多数学校处于搁置的状态。根据以上问题,提出了如下建议:首先,转变观念,重视中职学校体育教师队伍建设,优化结构,提升质量水准;其次,建立中等职学校体育教学监督机制,加大经费投入,改善和夯实体育教学基础设施;再次,构建中职学校体育教学俱乐部,推动中职学生课外体育参与;第四,转变传统教学观念,以素质教育理念为理论指导,树立健康第一的体育教学指导思想。
[Abstract]:Physical education in secondary vocational schools is one of the hot issues in current academic circles. The visualization software citespaceIII developed by Dr. Chen Chaomei is used to analyze the existing literature. It is found that up to now, the subjects of this research field mainly focus on physical education teaching, teaching reform, campus sports culture and so on in secondary vocational schools. These achievements have laid a foundation for further exploration of secondary vocational school physical education, but so far. In order to understand the present situation and the main problems of secondary vocational school physical education in northwest Guizhou province, the research results of secondary vocational school physical education in the poverty-stricken areas of western China are still very rare. Then it provides reference and factual basis for relevant educational management departments to make targeted decisions. This study is based on the comprehensive analysis of the concept and connotation of physical education in secondary vocational schools and adopts literature and mathematical statistics. Questionnaire survey and other research methods on the northwest of Guizhou vocational school physical education content, teaching methods, evaluation system, infrastructure and other aspects of the field investigation and analysis. The results showed that: 1) physical education teaching: the secondary vocational schools in northwest of Guizhou Province were seriously marginalized in physical education; The guiding document of physical Education and Health can be basically carried out and implemented, but the physical education syllabus adopted by most secondary vocational schools is still based on the 2000 version, and the development of local school-based curriculum is not strong. The majority of secondary vocational schools mainly to basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, football, track and field, only a very few secondary vocational schools have set up a number of traditional national events, such as high foot racing, and so on. The teaching methods, evaluation methods and teaching ideas held are more traditional, and the concept of quality education is not carried out enough. (2) for teachers, the teacher-student ratio in this area is 1: 229.3, which is significantly lower than the national standard; The structure of teachers is not reasonable, the proportion of female teachers, high academic qualifications and high title teachers is low, the teaching hours of teachers receiving continuing education are significantly lower than the national standard. 3) Infrastructure and extracurricular activities: single source of funds, insufficient investment, insufficient leadership awareness, resulting in inadequate physical infrastructure of secondary vocational schools in the region, and more extracurricular sports activities carried out by basketball. Table tennis, volleyball and other low requirements on the site of the main items, and track and field games in most schools in the state of shelving. According to the above problems, put forward the following suggestions: first, change the concept. Attach importance to the construction of physical education teachers in secondary vocational schools, optimize the structure and improve the quality level; Secondly, we should establish the supervision mechanism of physical education teaching in middle and vocational schools, increase the investment of funds, and improve and consolidate the physical education teaching infrastructure. Thirdly, construct the sports teaching club of the secondary vocational school to promote the extracurricular sports participation of the secondary vocational school students; 4th, change the traditional teaching idea, take the quality education idea as the theoretical guidance, establish the healthy first sports teaching guiding ideology.
