广州市体育高考学生篮球专项成绩的影响因素分析及对策研究

【摘要】:体育高考是当前我国高考制度的重要组成部分,在社会经济、政治和文化的推动下不断的向前发展,现已成为我国选拔和培养专业型人才的重要途径。广东省体育高考主要是分为身体素质测试及专项技能测试两大部分构成,其中专项占总分的25%,也是考生之间拉开分数的重要项目。因此,如果专项项目不能取得好成绩,就会直接影响他们的排名,导致不能考取理想的大学。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,以2016年参加广州市体育高考的篮球专项带队体育教师与篮球专项考生为研究对象,就广州市体育高考篮球专项学生训练的影响因素进行研究分析;其影响因素含以下方面:自身因素;家庭因素;文化课学习;体育教师篮球教学水平;学校领导的重视程度;学校场地、设施。结果显示:(1)广州市各个学校安排学生训练时间、训练强度和训练频率的运用没有统一的标准;(2)专项学生自身的下肢爆发力对专项成绩具有统计学意义(P0.05),篮球的基础情况、专项训练地积极性及平时制定地训练目标均对专项成绩具有统计学意义(P0.01);(3)家长默认支持专项学生训练的,对其考试成绩有统计学意义(P0.05),家长关心孩子的训练情况及考前的行为对专项学生成绩均有统计学意义(P0.01);(4)研究结果显示,师生之间相处很融洽的专项成绩与不融洽的专项成绩具有统计学意义(P0.05);(5)带队体育教师每次去指导专项学生训练的与从不去指导的对专项成绩有统计学意义(P0.01),而带队体育教师的指导形式之间对专项成绩也有统计学意义(P0.01)。(6)部分篮球专项带队体育教师及专项学生对学校领导对人文关系和奖励制度方面不太满意;(7)广州市各中学的篮球训练场地质量对专项成绩影响明显(P0.01),同时有9.6%的训练场地布局不合理;12.3%的中学场地、设施供给不足。根据这些研究结果可以得出以下结论:影响广州市体育高考篮球专项成绩的主要因素是下肢爆发力、篮球基础、训练的积极性、完成指定训练目标情况、家长的支持、家长对孩子的关心与考前的行为态度、师生关系的相处、带队体育教师的指导、学校领导的重视程度及专项训练场地的质量及布局。在此基础上,本研究对影响专项学生的成绩因素提出相应发展对策:(1)加强篮球专项训练的科学性、系统性;(2)营造良好的学校篮球氛围,培养学生对篮球运动的热爱,为篮球专项学生的选拔打下基础;(3)协调好文化课教师与专项学生的关系,保证专项学生在文化课学习与专项训练互不扰;(4)提高带队体育教师的教学水平与服务意识;(5)提高学校领导的重视程度,加强与带队体育教师、专项学生之间的沟通;(6)加强篮球场地、设施的管理。
[Abstract]:Physical Education College entrance examination is an important part of the current college entrance examination system in China, under the promotion of social economy, politics and culture, the continuous development. Now it has become an important way to select and train professional talents in our country. The college entrance examination of physical education in Guangdong Province is mainly composed of two parts: physical fitness test and special skill test, of which the special score is 25%. It is also an important item between examinees. Therefore, if the special project can not get good results, it will directly affect their ranking, leading to not being admitted to the ideal university. Expert interview, questionnaire survey, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, taking the basketball special team PE teachers and basketball examinees who participated in the Guangzhou physical Education College entrance examination in 2016 as the research object. This paper studies and analyzes the influencing factors of basketball special training in physical education college entrance examination in Guangzhou. The influencing factors include the following aspects: self factors; Family factors; Cultural studies; Physical education teachers basketball teaching level; The importance of school leaders; The results show that there is no uniform standard for the training time, intensity and frequency of training in every school in Guangzhou. (2) the explosive force of the lower extremity of the special students has statistical significance to the special achievement (P0.05), the basic situation of basketball. The positivity of special training and the training goal made in peacetime have statistical significance to the special achievement. (3) parents who support the training of special students by default have statistical significance to their test scores (P0.05). Parents' concern about their children's training and behavior before the examination were statistically significant to the scores of special students. 4) the results of the study show that there is a statistical significance between the special scores of teachers and students who get along well with each other and the results of not getting along well with each other (P 0.05). (5) those who lead the physical education teachers to guide the special students' training and those who never do have statistical significance (P0.01). However, there is also a statistical significance between the guiding forms of the leading PE teachers and the special achievement (P0.01. 0. 0. 0. 6). Some basketball teachers and students are not satisfied with the humanistic relationship and reward system. (7) the quality of basketball training ground in every middle school in Guangzhou has obvious influence on the special achievement, and at the same time, 9.6% of the training ground layout is unreasonable; According to these results, the following conclusions can be drawn: the main factors that affect the basketball performance of Guangzhou physical Education College entrance examination are the explosive force of lower limbs, basketball foundation. The enthusiasm of the training, the completion of the specified training objectives, parents' support, parents' concern for their children and the behavior attitude before the examination, the relationship between teachers and students, the guidance of the physical education teachers. On the basis of this, this study puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures to affect the achievement factors of special students: 1) strengthening the scientific nature of basketball special training. Systematic; (2) to create a good school basketball atmosphere, to cultivate students' love of basketball, and to lay a foundation for the selection of basketball special students; (3) to coordinate the relationship between the teachers and the special students, and to ensure that the special students do not interfere with each other in the study and training of the special students; (4) improving the teaching level and service consciousness of the PE teachers; (5) to improve the attention of school leaders and strengthen the communication with physical education teachers and special students; Strengthen the management of basketball court and facilities.
