高中生物学教学中实施营养健康教育的教学实践研究

【摘要】：青少年的营养健康状况一直备受社会关注,目前由于学生以及家长缺乏合理的营养健康知识,同时由于我国在营养健康教育方面仍然存在很多不足,如课时设置不足、教育师资和设施缺乏等,因此导致学生在日常生活中饮食搭配不合理,不良的饮食习惯十分普遍,最终导致青少年体质下降,营养不良和肥胖现象逐渐增多。因此在现阶段,利用高中生物的学科特点和优势实施营养健康教育,是增加学生营养健康知识、改善学生饮食习惯的有效途径,对促进学生的健康成长具有重要意义。本研究利用文献分析法、问卷调查法、教育研究法等方法,在了解了我国目前的营养健康教育现状和调查对象的营养健康状况后,在为期两个月的教学实践中,探索一种在高中生物学教学中能够提高学生的营养健康知识,培养健康饮食习惯的教学方式,同时探索在高中生物学教学中渗透营养健康教育的意义和教学效果。本人以高一两个班级全体学生为教学对象,把两个班级分为实验班级(54人)和对照班级(52人),先通过问卷调查了解学生营养知识的现状、营养健康行为和态度。然后实验班以苏教版的“生物”教材为基础,利用教材中可渗透营养健康知识的结合点,确定在高中生物学科中含有的健康教育内容,并结合生活实际以及当代健康热点问题,具有针对性地通过生物课堂的教学渗透营养健康的知识,而对照班在这两个月内进行正常授课。两个月之后再次通过问卷调查了解学生的饮食与营养知识、健康饮食行为和态度等,实验班和对照班级分别进行教学前与教学后的对比。通过前后两次的问卷调查结果的对比,结果表明实验班的学生健康知识知晓程度提高幅度大于对照班,实验班的学生健康饮食习惯和健康态度的比教学前有明显改善,且改善情况优于对照班。本研究的研究结果证明了在高中生物课堂中实施营养健康教育是可行的和有效的。有助于提高学生的营养健康知识水平以及对健康知识的重视程度,加强生物与生活实际的联系,增强学生对生物的学习兴趣,最终的研究结果将对进行相关方面的深入研究具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义,对深入研究健康教育原理、健康教育方法、健康教育规律和健康教育评价有着重要的实践意义。但是由于教学实践的时间短、教学经验的不足、学生个性和生活环境等其他因素干扰,使得研究效果相对不明显.而且营养健康行为和营养健康状况的改善不是一蹴而就的,需要长期,全面的干预,因此需要家庭、学校以及社会的共同努力,从而促进青少年的健康成长。
[Abstract]:The nutritional health status of adolescents has been concerned by the society. At present, due to the lack of reasonable knowledge of nutrition health among students and parents, there are still many deficiencies in nutrition health education in China. Such as insufficient school hours, lack of teachers and facilities, and so on, resulting in the students in their daily life diet is unreasonable, poor eating habits are very common, resulting in a decline in adolescent physique. The phenomenon of malnutrition and obesity is increasing gradually. Therefore, at present, it is an effective way to increase the knowledge of nutrition and health and improve the eating habits of students to use the characteristics and advantages of biology in senior high school to carry out nutrition health education. It is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of students. This study uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, educational research and so on. After understanding the present situation of nutrition health education and the nutritional health status of the investigated subjects in our country, the teaching practice lasted for two months. To explore a teaching method which can improve students' knowledge of nutrition and health and cultivate healthy eating habits in biology teaching in senior high school. At the same time, I explore the significance and teaching effect of nutrition and health education in high school biology teaching. I take one or two high school students as the teaching object. The two classes were divided into experimental class (54 students) and control class (52 students). Nutrition and health behavior and attitude. Then the experimental class based on the Su version of the "biology" textbook, using the combination of permeable nutrition and health knowledge in the teaching materials, to determine the content of health education in the biology subject of senior high school. After two months, the students' knowledge of diet and nutrition, healthy eating behavior and attitude were investigated by questionnaire again. Through the comparison of the results of the two questionnaires before and after, the results show that the degree of health knowledge in the experimental class is greater than that in the control class. The healthy eating habits and healthy attitude of the students in the experimental class were obviously improved compared with those before teaching. The results of this study prove that it is feasible and effective to carry out nutrition health education in senior high school biology classroom. It is helpful to improve students' nutritional health knowledge and health knowledge. The degree of importance. To strengthen the relationship between biology and life and enhance students' interest in learning biology, the final research results will have a certain reference value and reference significance for the in-depth study of related aspects. It is of great practical significance to study the principle of health education, the method of health education, the law of health education and the evaluation of health education. Moreover, the improvement of nutritional health behavior and nutritional health status is not achieved overnight, it needs long-term, comprehensive intervention.
