翻转课堂在中职数学教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:职业教育是现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分,也是社会发展的产物。尤其是在“十一五”规划纲要实施之后,职业教育在科教兴国、人才强国的战略中具有更重要的地位。在国家积极推进职业教育发展的过程中,各级各类职业学校开始积极探索,努力将职业教育办出特点、办出水平。虽然我国职业教育在教育体系、教学模式上坚持不断探索、创新,也取得了一些效果,但是职业学校仍是以传统教学方法和模式占据主导地位,侧重知识和技能的单向传播,忽略了学生的主体作用。学生不再是知识的主动建构者,逐渐消磨了学生学习的主动性,扭曲了学习的意义和价值。因此,职业学校需要探究新型的教育模式,改善教学方法。随着信息技术的广泛应用,翻转课堂教学模式应运而生。本文在中外文文献研究分析的基础上,根据当下中职学校数学教学现状,结合掌握学习理论、建构主义学习理论、混合式学习理论、最近发展区理论和学习成效金字塔理论等翻转课堂教学理论基础,笔者构建了符合中职数学课堂的数学教学基本框架,让翻转课堂教学模式在中职学校真正实现“本土化”。此外,以创建的教学框架为基础,设计教学活动过程,分别在实验班和普通班采取不同的教学模式,进行教学实践,并检验其实际教学效果。通过翻转课堂教学实践,笔者对学生进行了知识检测、问卷调查和访谈,发现在中职数学课堂实施翻转课堂教学模式不仅是可行的,而且能够取得显著的教学效果。主要表现为,翻转课堂教学模式能够增强中职学生的主体意识、活跃课堂学习氛围、提高知识应用能力并促进中职数学教师专业技能的提升。此外,笔者根据自身经历、课上观察和访谈,提出了翻转课堂教学模式在中职数学课堂中依然存在的问题,并对中职教师的发展提供了建议,供后续研究者和中职学校一线教师参考。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of modern national education system and a product of social development. In the process of actively promoting the development of vocational education, vocational schools at all levels and all types of vocational schools have begun to actively explore and make efforts to make vocational education more distinctive. Although vocational education in our country persists in exploring, innovating and achieving some results in the educational system and teaching mode, vocational schools still dominate by traditional teaching methods and models. Focusing on the one-way transmission of knowledge and skills, ignoring the main role of students. Students are no longer the active constructors of knowledge, gradually eroded the initiative of students to learn, distorted the significance and value of learning. Vocational schools need to explore new educational models and improve teaching methods. With the wide application of information technology, the flipping classroom teaching model emerges as the times require. According to the present situation of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools, combined with mastering learning theory, constructivism learning theory, mixed learning theory, proximal development area theory and pyramid theory of learning effect, etc. The author has constructed the basic frame of mathematics teaching in accordance with the secondary vocational school mathematics classroom, so that the flipping classroom teaching mode can truly realize "localization" in the secondary vocational school. In addition, the course of teaching activity is designed on the basis of the established teaching framework. Different teaching models are adopted in the experimental class and the general class respectively, and the teaching practice is carried out, and its actual teaching effect is tested. Through the practice of flipping the classroom teaching, the author carries out the knowledge testing, questionnaire investigation and interview to the students. It is found that it is not only feasible to implement the flipping classroom teaching model in the secondary vocational school mathematics classroom, but also can achieve remarkable teaching effect. The main manifestation is that the flipping classroom teaching mode can enhance the students' subjective consciousness and activate the classroom learning atmosphere. In addition, according to my own experience, observation and interview in class, the author puts forward the problems that still exist in the mathematics classroom of secondary vocational school. It also provides suggestions for the development of secondary vocational school teachers.
