学生体育参与和学业成绩的关系研究

【摘要】:现如今,体育活动的功能在对青少年身心发展方面的研究是备受社会各界的关注。研究者们从生理角度、心理角度等各个方面入手,力图能够提出切实可行的改善对策,应对当下如何提高青少年的体质健康、怎样的运动最有效、如何进行有质量的体育教学等等一系列问题。值得肯定的发现是青少年参与体育活动能够促进骨骼生长发育,矫正身体形态,增强免疫力,缓解学习压力,帮助青少年提高注意力等等。然而,纵使体育活动能够带给青少年上述诸多的好处,介于我国在对青少年的体育教育方面的国情,以及社会大众对体育学习所持有的一贯态度,使得体育教育一度在学校教育这个“大家庭”里被关了“禁闭”。这无疑是造成我国青少年体质健康水平持续下降的重要影响因素之一。在我国当前的教学体制下,学生考学的压力之大无需本人在此进行赘述,这使得大部分学生、家长、教师都普遍会关注重要的文化主课的学习,而不得不将体育活动的位置往后排。部分学校和家长甚至认为,参与体育活动会让学生产生疲劳,势必会占用学生有限的精力,分散学习注意力,并且认为:时间是宝贵的,是极其有限的,相比较老实的坐在教室里学习,体育活动本身就是在占用宝贵的学习时间。尽管家长、老师和青少年对于运动对人体的作用都有不少的了解,但在众多教师、家长和学生心中,这些积极的作用都抵不了一张高分的试卷来的更有价值。在学校,体育课被其他主课老师占用的现象也时有发生,即使现在各方面都强调素质教育,但是在学校体育方面,观念上乃至具体政策制度上需要改善的地方还有很多。由此,若能以科学研究的方式证明体育参和与学业成绩之间的关系,正如国外诸多比较成熟的科学研究已经证实的运动能够帮助学生更好的学习等相关理论,这对端正人们的体育参与情感态度具有重要意义。本研究通过科学的研究调查来阐述体育参与和文化课成绩之间的关系,并加以分析其中原因。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以济南市六所高中高三学生为调查对象,发放调查问卷,数据采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析,并对所得研究结果进行了整理分析。本研究探讨的研究假设为:学生的体育运动频率、体育运动强度、运动技能和健康知识的掌握与运用、体育参与时的情感态度均和学生学业成绩呈显著正相关。在本研究中,得出的主要结果为:1.现阶段学生的运动频率和运动强度与学生学业成绩呈现负相关。2.现阶段我国学生的体育参与没有起到提高学生学业成绩的积极功能。3.现阶段我国学生的学业成绩不能真实地反应学生的学力。4.积极的体育情感参与为前提的体育行为参与是实现体育参与对脑的改善功能的前提条件。进一步分析可以得出:现今,在我国,违背科学发展规律得来的应试学业成绩和流于形式的体育参与之间不呈现显著正相关。
[Abstract]:Now, the research of sports activities in physical and mental development of young people is the subject to the concerns of the community. Researchers from the physical point of view, various aspects of psychology, trying to put forward the feasible improvement measures, and then deal with how to improve the physical health of young people, what kind of sport is the most effective, how to carry out a series of the problem of quality of sports teaching and so on. It is found that the youth to participate in sports activities to promote the growth and development of bone, correct body shape, enhance immunity, relieve the pressure of studying, to help young people improve attention and so on. However, even if physical activity can bring many benefits to the young people, between in China on youth sports education. The situation, and the public hold consistent attitude on sports learning, the physical education in school education this once" Family has been locked in. This is undoubtedly one of the important factors to cause the physical health of young people in China continued to decline. In our current teaching system, students to test the pressure of this I do not need to say, which makes the majority of students, parents, teachers are generally concerned an important cultural subject of learning, will have to position sports activities in the next row. Some schools and parents even think, will let the students participate in sports activities to produce fatigue, is bound to occupy students' limited energy, distributed learning, attention, and that time is precious, is extremely limited, compared to sitting in in the classroom, the sports activity itself is in the occupation of valuable learning time. Although the parents, teachers and young people have a lot of understanding of the effect of exercise on the human body, but many teachers, parents and students The hearts, these positive effects have arrived a high exam paper more valuable. In school physical education by other teacher occupation phenomenon also occurs, even now all that the quality of education, but in school sports, there are a lot of ideas and specific policies need to be improved place. Thus, if the relationship between sports participation and academic achievement and to prove the mode of scientific research, scientific research as many foreign mature have confirmed that exercise can help students better learn the relevant theory, which is of great significance to correct people's participation in sports attitude through the study on the investigation. Science to describe the relationship between sports participation and cultural courses, and analyzes the reasons. By using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, In the six Ji'nan high school students as the research object, questionnaire, data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis, and the results were analyzed. The hypothesis of this research is: the frequency of sports students, sports intensity, sports skills and health knowledge and use of sports participation the emotional attitude and academic achievement of students is a significant positive correlation. In this study, the main results are as follows: 1. stage students exercise frequency and exercise intensity and students' academic achievement is negatively related to the.2. of our country at the present stage of students participation in sports can not improve positive function of.3. students' academic achievement at the present stage in the academic performance of students can not participate in sports behavior is the premise of participation is sports participation of brain and improve the function of the real reaction of the students learning.4. positive emotion Further analysis shows that: Nowadays, there is no significant positive correlation between the examination results that are violated by the law of scientific development and the sports participation in a mere form.
