哈密地区高中民族双语班物理学困生分析及转化对策研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,学生本位的教育理念的发展和素质教育的全面实施及西部大开发战略的进行,学生的主体性地位和民族双语教育得到关注,关于双语学困生(以下简称学困生)的问题就成为发展民族教育的瓶颈。了解哈密地区民族双语学生学习物理困难的现状及原因,通过教学实验研究,分析并找到转化物理双语学困生的有效策略,对于促进哈密地区物理教育质量的提高具有重要意义。本文在对国内外有关学困生的研究现状进行系统归纳的基础上,以教育学和心理学的相关理论为基础开展相关研究。首先依据国内外对学困生的定义,对哈密地区双语物理学习困难学生进行了严格定义。然后,根据少数民族双语学生的特点,在以往关于学习理论和实践经验问题研究基础上,得出高中物理双语学困生成因的内因(学生的非智力因素)和外因(教师的教、社会、家庭)两个方面。以教师的教和学生的学为抓手,提出了“以生为本”的转化策略:转换教学观念、优化课堂教学,做好高一学习的过渡,掌握阅读教材和合作学习的方法,转变激发学生学习物理的兴趣,增强学习动机,增强学生信心,传授有效的学习策略等。最后,我在我们学校高一年级进行了为期四个月的教学实践研究,结果表明实验转化策略是有效的,实验班学生在实验后的物理态度和学习方式发生了比较大的变化。实验研究也表明,高中物理双语学困生的转化是一项长期、艰巨的工作,必须有一定的理论支持和教师、家庭、学生、学校各方面的积极配合和努力;而且基于学生非智力因素的现实,有必要进行改造工作,常抓不懈。只要对学困生多加关心、关爱,更新教育教学观念,改进教学方法,指导学习和给予及时的帮助,实施发展性评价,高中物理双语学困生是可以转化的。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the development of student-oriented education concept, the overall implementation of quality-oriented education and the development of the strategy of developing the western region, the students' subjective position and national bilingual education have been paid close attention to. The problem of students with bilingual learning difficulties (hereinafter referred to as students with learning difficulties) has become the bottleneck of the development of national education. It is of great significance to analyze and find out the effective strategies for transforming students with bilingual learning difficulties in physics to improve the quality of physics education in Hami. This paper systematically summarizes the current research situation of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad. Based on the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology, this paper firstly defines the students with bilingual physics learning difficulties in Hami area according to the definition of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of ethnic bilingual students, on the basis of previous studies on the problems of learning theory and practical experience, it is concluded that the internal causes (students' non-intellectual factors) and the external causes (teachers' teaching, society) of students with bilingual learning difficulties in senior high school physics. Based on teachers' teaching and students' learning, this paper puts forward a transformation strategy of "student-oriented": changing teaching concepts, optimizing classroom teaching, making a good transition of senior one learning, mastering reading textbooks and cooperative learning methods. To change and stimulate students' interest in learning physics, to enhance their learning motivation, to enhance their confidence, to teach effective learning strategies, and so on. Finally, I conducted a four-month teaching practice study in senior one of our school. The results show that the experimental transformation strategy is effective, and the students' physical attitude and learning style have changed greatly after the experiment. The experimental study also shows that the transformation of students with bilingual learning difficulties in senior high school is a long-term and arduous task. We must have certain theoretical support and the active cooperation and efforts of teachers, families, students and schools in all aspects; moreover, based on the reality of students' non-intellectual factors, it is necessary to carry out reform work and make constant efforts. As long as we pay more attention to students with learning difficulties, Students with bilingual physics learning difficulties in senior high school can be transformed by caring, renewing educational and teaching concepts, improving teaching methods, guiding learning and giving timely help, and carrying out developmental evaluation.
