学校体育科研模式的建构与融合运行策略

【摘要】：随着我国课程改革的不断深入,学校"科研促教,科研兴校"的意识越来越强。然而,现实的情况是一些体育教师难以开展真实有效的校本教研活动,这在不同程度地影响着课改的实施。究其原因:一是学校领导重视程度不够;二是多数体育教师缺乏对体育的科研意识;三是体育教师科研能力与水平不强。为此,"扩大体育科研的影响,强化体育教师的科研意识,提高体育教师的科研能力"是当前体育教学的重要课题,也是推进体育课程改革的当务之急。针对上述问题,象山县第三中学近几年来建构起以市级教研活动为龙头,以高中段教研活动为中介,以校本教研活动为根本的"三级科研模式"。通过对"三级科研模式"三年时间的实践运行,促使体育教师积极投身于教育科研活动,有效地推进了课程改革的实施。究其原因,主要是"三级科研模式"的运行"不追求活动形式的轰轰烈烈,只关注活动过程的扎扎实实"。一切从实际出发,将教师作为科研活动的研究主体,以教师在课堂教学过程中所遇到的各种实际问题作为研究对象,同时理论与实践相结合,从根本上解决长期以来教育研究与教育行动分离,教育理论与教育实践脱节的问题,从而提高该校教研活动的实效性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of curriculum reform in our country, schools are becoming more and more conscious of "promoting teaching through scientific research and revitalizing schools by scientific research". However, the reality is that some PE teachers are unable to carry out real and effective school-based teaching and research activities. This affects the implementation of curriculum reform in varying degrees. The reasons are as follows: first, the school leaders pay less attention to it; second, most PE teachers lack the scientific research consciousness of physical education. Third, the ability and level of physical education teachers' scientific research is not strong. Therefore, it is an important subject of current physical education teaching to "enlarge the influence of sports scientific research, strengthen the scientific research consciousness of physical education teachers and improve the scientific research ability of physical education teachers". It is also an urgent task to promote the reform of physical education curriculum. In view of the above problems, Xiangshan County No. 3 Middle School has in recent years established a city-level teaching and research activity as a leading role and a high school section teaching and research activities as an intermediary. The "three-level scientific research mode", which is based on the school-based teaching and research activities, has been put into practice for three years through the practice of the "three-level scientific research model", which urges the PE teachers to actively devote themselves to the educational scientific research activities and effectively advances the implementation of the curriculum reform. The operation of "three-level scientific research mode" "does not pursue the vigorous form of activity, but only pays attention to the solid process of activity". All proceeding from the reality, teachers are regarded as the main research subjects of scientific research activities. Taking all kinds of practical problems encountered by teachers in the course of classroom teaching as the object of study, and combining theory with practice, the problem of separation of educational research and educational action for a long time and disconnection between educational theory and educational practice is solved fundamentally. In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities in the school.
