【摘要】：正谈到教育,人们总会想到学校。但是,学校不是教育的全部。教育由三大支柱组成,分别是家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育,这三驾马车需要并驾齐驱,才能共同促进孩子的成长。因此,有人将孩子比喻成一棵果树。要让果树结出丰硕的果实,需要三方面共同努力:一是通过追肥、浇水,改进果树周边的土壤结构,让其深深扎根;二是要有适宜的阳光和气候,便于果树呼吸和生长;三是要适时给予剪枝,保存主要的枝干,剪去那些发育不良的枝干,为成熟期结出累累果实做
[Abstract]:When it comes to education, one always thinks of school. But school is not the whole of education. Education consists of three pillars, namely, family education, school education and social education, which need to go hand in hand with each other. Therefore, some people liken the child to a fruit tree. In order for the fruit tree to produce fruitful fruit, it takes three aspects to work together: first, to improve the soil structure around the fruit tree through topdressing, watering, and improving the soil structure around the fruit tree. Let it take root deeply; the second is to have suitable sunlight and climate to facilitate the respiration and growth of fruit trees; the third is to give pruning at the right time, preserve the main branches, cut off the branches that are not well developed, and do the fruits for the mature period.
