乡村初中语文教师教研活动的现状与对策研究

【摘要】：开展教研活动的目的是为了解决教学中出现的问题,促进教师的专业发展,进而促进学生的发展。新课改的深入发展对教师自身的素养提出了严峻的挑战,尤其对处于乡村的教师来说,因地理位置相对偏僻,不利于接触到先进的教育理念和教学方法,既影响了教师自身的专业发展,也阻碍了学生的进步。现将乡村初中的语文教研活动作为一项研究课题提出来,通过调查研究,为提高语文教研活动的有效性提供指导和借鉴。本研究选取河北省邯郸市Y县坐落于乡村的部分初中学校的语文教师作为研究对象,运用问卷法、访谈法进行研究分析。研究围绕着语文教研活动的制度、形式、内容和语文教师对教研活动的认识与实践四个方面展开调查研究。根据调查结果,当前在乡村初中语文教研活动中存在的问题有语文教研活动的时间偏少,形式单一、内容空泛、语文教研组长缺乏教研领导能力、语文教师的认识与实践相脱节等问题。经过研究分析,为了提高Y县乡村初中语文教师教研活动的有效性,现从以下方面提出建议和措施:(一)要制定明确具体的语文教研计划。(二)要丰富语文教研活动的形式,首先,借助网络丰富语文教研活动的形式;其次,临近中学进行联片教研。(三)要充实语文教研活动的内容,首先,拓展语文教师公开课的选题;其次,明确语文教研活动的流程。(四)慎重选择确立语文教研组长。(五)加强乡村初中语文教师队伍建设,首先,安排教师进行定期的培训学习;其次,重视语文骨干教师的培养;第三,完善对语文教师的评价、监督机制。(六)语文教师要重视自身专业发展,首先,规划自身的专业发展;其次,提升自身的研究能力;第三,教研教学相结合。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the teaching and research activities is to solve the problems in teaching, to promote the professional development of teachers, and then to promote the development of students. The further development of the new curriculum reform poses a severe challenge to the quality of teachers themselves. Especially for teachers in rural areas, because of their relatively remote geographical location, it is not conducive to contact with advanced educational concepts and teaching methods, which has affected teachers' own professional development. It also hinders the progress of the students. Now we put forward the Chinese teaching and research activities in rural junior high schools as a research topic, and through investigation and research, In order to improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching and research activities to provide guidance and reference. The research focuses on the system, form, content and understanding and practice of Chinese teaching and research activities. At present, the problems existing in the rural junior middle school Chinese teaching and research activities include the lack of time for Chinese teaching and research activities, the single form, the empty content, the lack of leadership in teaching and research in Chinese teaching and research team leaders, Through research and analysis, in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities of junior middle school Chinese teachers in Y County, Proposals and measures are put forward from the following aspects: (1) to formulate a clear and specific language teaching and research plan. (2) to enrich the forms of language teaching and research activities. First, to enrich the forms of language teaching and research activities by means of the Internet; and secondly, to enrich the forms of language teaching and research activities. (3) We should enrich the contents of the Chinese teaching and research activities. First, we should expand the topics of Chinese teachers' open courses; secondly, Make clear the flow of Chinese teaching and research activities. (4) carefully select and establish Chinese teaching and research team leader. (5) strengthen the construction of rural junior middle school Chinese teachers, first, arrange teachers for regular training and study; secondly, pay attention to the cultivation of key Chinese teachers; Third, improve the evaluation of Chinese teachers, supervision mechanism. (6) Chinese teachers should pay attention to their own professional development, first, planning their own professional development; secondly, improve their own research ability; third, teaching and research teaching combined.
