【摘要】：《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》指出:"健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提,是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现。学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想,切实加强学校的体育工作。而体育兴趣是学生对体育运动的一种积极的认识倾向和情绪状态。"通过调查和研究,大体了解常熟市青少年的体育锻炼动机与兴趣的现状,并通过分析找出影响中学生参加体育锻炼动机与兴趣的原因,进而提出一些合理化的建议,希望引起广大中学生的高度重视,响应阳光体育号召。同时加强中学生自我锻炼动机和兴趣的培养,使学生掌握锻炼身体的科学方法,养成锻炼身体的习惯,使学校体育为学生终身体育打好基础。同时提高学生参加体育锻炼的动机与兴趣,增强学生体质,发展学生适应能力、生存能力、竞争能力[1]。
