高中思想政治新教师与专家型教师课堂调控行为的比较研究

【摘要】:前人虽然已经有了关于“新教师”的研究,但主要论述的是对新教师工作的一些建议和基本工作流程,没有对新教师刚入职时存在的问题及原因进行系统分析。而有关于“课堂调控”方面的研究又主要研究的是教师应该如何调控课堂,需要调控哪些内容,而没有放在特定的“新教师”这一群体来进行研究,但新教师又是一个比较具有特殊性的群体。研究发现,新教师普遍反映在入职初期工作压力大,容易产生职业胜任感偏低,缺乏自信和入职困难等问题,而最主要的原因是教学过程中课堂容易失控。作为一名学科教学(思政)的研究生,由于专业学习的需要,平时对高中思想政治课的教学多有关注。因此,本论文以同一所学校、教授同一内容的高一政治新教师和专家型教师作为研究对象,通过文献研究分析、课堂观察并录制教学录像分析两种主要的研究方法对4位教师的课堂调控行为进行比较研究。首先,笔者借鉴国内外的相关研究文献对本论文中的“新教师”、“专家型教师”、“课堂调控”等概念进行了界定。其次,对新教师与专家型教师在课前准备阶段、授课讲解阶段的课堂调控行为进行了归类比较。研究发现在授课讲解阶段两类教师的课堂导入、师生互动、重难点的把握及讲解技能、课堂节奏的调控等方面存在明显的差异,专家型教师课堂调控的有效性明显优于新教师,新教师的课堂容易失控。接着论文对政治新教师刚入职时工作压力大,职业胜任感偏低,课堂容易失控的原因进行了归因分析,认为主要有外部环境因素和教师自身因素两方面的原因。最后,从新教师的培养体制、新教师自身观念、新教师入职的学校等角度对提高政治新教师课堂调控的有效性提出了几条建议性的策略。
[Abstract]:Although there has been some research on "new teachers", what predecessors have mainly discussed are some suggestions and basic work flow of new teachers' work. There has been no systematic analysis of the problems and causes of new teachers when they first entered the job. However, the main research on "classroom regulation" is how teachers should regulate and control the classroom, and what content they need to regulate. But the new teacher is a special group. The study found that the new teacher is generally reflected in the early stage of the job pressure, easy to produce a low sense of professional competence. Lack of self-confidence and difficulties in getting into a job, and the main reason is that the classroom gets out of control in the course of teaching. As a graduate student in subject teaching (ideological and political), due to the need of professional study, At ordinary times, much attention is paid to the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools. Therefore, this paper takes the new political teachers and expert teachers in the same school and teaching the same contents as the research objects, and analyzes them through literature research. Classroom observation and recording of teaching videos to analyze the two main research methods to compare the classroom regulation behavior of four teachers. First of all, The author defines the concepts of "new teacher", "expert teacher", "classroom regulation and control" and so on. Secondly, the author defines the concepts of "new teacher", "expert teacher" and "expert teacher" in the pre-class preparation stage. The study shows that there are obvious differences in the classroom introduction, teacher-student interaction, grasping the difficult points and explaining skills, and the regulation of classroom rhythm between the two types of teachers in the stage of instruction and explanation. The effectiveness of classroom regulation of expert teachers is obviously better than that of new teachers, and the new teachers tend to get out of control. Finally, from the perspective of the training system of new teachers and the new teachers' own concept, the author thinks that there are two main reasons: external environmental factors and teachers' own factors. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the effectiveness of classroom regulation and control of new political teachers from the perspective of new teachers' schools.
