海南省定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求调查研究

【摘要】:教师专业发展的过程是教师不断地扩充新知识、提升能力的过程,其专业素质在不断提升中达到专业成熟。但定安县大部分的中学青年教师对如何提升自己的专业水平是不明确的,因而系统研究中学青年教师专业发展需求(1),将有助于青年教师明确自身的差距,确定学习的目标方向。本调查希望了解海南省定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求的实际情况与特点,并在调查的基础上进行科学分析。对于教师的专业发展需求,教育行政机构和学校领导往往偏重其中的一些因素(如专业知识与技能),但是忽视其他因素(环境支持)的需求。在实践中大家往往侧重一线教师所提出的实际问题和困难,认为只须有专业知识和技能的培训就能达到教师专业实质发展的效果,忽略了支持教师专业发展的支持条件。本研究为海南省相关教师教育机构决策提供参考,为定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求进行本土化的研究与分析,有利于提升定安县中学教育教学质量。本论文主要由四个部分组成。第一部分阐述了论文的研究背景和意义、研究方法、相关概念的界定、以及教师专业发展需求研究综述。第二部分介绍了中学青年教师专业发展需求调查问卷的设计情况,通过对海南省定安县中学青年教师目前基本情况、专业理念与师德的提高需求、专业知识与专业能力的培训需求、支持教师专业发展的外部环境的需求等情况的了解,揭示了定安县中学青年教师专业发展的多层次需求,呈现了定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求的调查结果。第三部分分析了定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求情况。从中学青年教师自身素质、对外部环境条件这两个方面进行分析,认为教育行政机构及管理层对于教师专业发展对外部环境条件的需求相对忽视,但中学青年教师看重外部环境条件对专业发展的支持,希望得到环境的配套支助。第四部分通过对定安县中学青年教师专业发展需求的深入分析,提出几点建议:一是扩大青年教师职业提升空间,激发其专业发展自主性;二是关注教师课堂教师专业指导需求,提高教师培训的实践意义;三是完善脱产进修等教师培训政策,为中学青年教师专业发展提供保障。
[Abstract]:The process of teachers' professional development is the process of teachers constantly expanding new knowledge and improving their ability. Their professional quality has reached professional maturity in the process of continuous improvement. However, most of the young middle school teachers in Dingan County are not clear about how to improve their professional level. Therefore, a systematic study of the professional development needs of young teachers in middle schools will help young teachers to make their own differences clear. The purpose of this investigation is to understand the actual situation and characteristics of the professional development needs of young middle school teachers in Dingan County, Hainan Province, and to carry out scientific analysis on the basis of the investigation. Educational administrations and school leaders tend to focus on some of these factors (such as expertise and skills, but ignore the needs of others (environmental support). In practice, they tend to focus on practical problems and difficulties raised by front-line teachers. It is considered that only the training of professional knowledge and skills can achieve the effect of teachers' professional substantive development and neglect the supporting conditions to support the professional development of teachers. This study provides a reference for the decision-making of relevant teacher education institutions in Hainan Province. This paper is mainly composed of four parts. The first part expounds the background and significance of the research. The research and analysis of the professional development needs of the young teachers in Dingan County is beneficial to the improvement of the teaching quality of the middle school in Dingan County. The second part introduces the design of the questionnaire on the professional development needs of young middle school teachers. Through understanding of the current basic situation of young teachers in middle schools in Dingan County, Hainan Province, the need for improving professional concepts and ethics, the training needs for professional knowledge and professional abilities, and the needs of the external environment to support teachers' professional development, It reveals the multi-level demand for the professional development of young middle school teachers in Dingan County. The third part analyzes the professional development needs of young middle school teachers in Dingan County. Through the analysis of external environmental conditions, it is concluded that the demands of educational administrative institutions and management for teachers' professional development are relatively ignored, but young middle school teachers attach importance to the support of external environmental conditions for professional development. The fourth part through the in-depth analysis of the needs of the professional development of young teachers in Dingan County, put forward several suggestions: first, expand the space for young teachers to promote their professional development, stimulate their autonomy of professional development; The second is to pay attention to teachers' professional guidance needs of classroom teachers and to improve the practical significance of teacher training; third, to improve the teacher training policy, such as off-duty training, so as to provide guarantee for the professional development of young teachers in middle schools.
