初中道德与法治课礼仪教育探究

【摘要】：中华民族具有“礼仪之邦”的美誉,崇“礼”重“仪”的风尚世代相传。可是青少年的礼仪素养在许多方面还不如人意,缺少恭敬意识、公德意识,践踏规则、蛮横无礼的不文明行为随处可见,知礼行礼成了奢侈,这些现象影响了社会形象,污染了良好的育人环境。加强青少年的礼仪教育迫在眉睫,初中阶段是良好行为习惯养成的黄金时期,结合初中道德与法治课的内容强化青少年的礼仪教育,具有事半功倍的效果。本文从初中道德与法治课入手,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、个案研究法探究初中道德与法治课礼仪教育,以人的全面发展理论、道德发展阶段理论、中国特色礼仪教育理论为基础,分析初中道德与法治课礼仪教育的客观必然性。通过问卷调查和访谈,发现初中道德与法治课礼仪教育成绩显著,同时也存在礼仪规范行为掌握不够、礼仪规范意识理解不全、礼仪规范精神相对薄弱、礼仪教育效果满意度欠佳等问题。初中道德与法治课礼仪教育存在问题的原因,归纳起来有以下几个方面:少数学校对礼仪教育的重视程度不够、部分教师的礼仪教育素养不足、教育内容的开发挖掘不到位、教学的评价方法缺乏多元维度、礼仪教育的校外环境不够良好。针对存在的问题与原因,提出优化初中道德与法治课礼仪教育的对策:学校要转变理念,正确定位礼仪教育;教师要学习课程标准、转变教育理念,改进教学方法、激发学生兴趣,丰富礼仪理论、提高教育技能,加强自身修养、注重以身示教;整合教学内容、挖据礼仪知识,开发教学资源、拓展教育内容;评价要兼顾学生差异、实施多元评价,完善学习跟踪、全程进行调控;最后建构家庭、网络、社会三位一体的礼仪教育良好环境。
[Abstract]:The Chinese nation has the reputation of "the state of courtesy" and the tradition of worshipping "ritual" and "respect" from generation to generation.However, the etiquette literacy of young people is still unsatisfactory in many respects, lacking a sense of respect, public morality, trampling on rules, insolent and uncivilized behavior everywhere, and knowing that courtesy has become a luxury. These phenomena have affected the image of society.Polluted the good education environment.It is urgent to strengthen the etiquette education of the teenagers. The junior middle school stage is the golden period for the cultivation of good behavior habits. Combining the contents of the moral and rule of law course in junior high school to strengthen the etiquette education of the young people, it has the effect of twice the result with half the effort.This article starts with the moral and rule of law course in junior high school, adopts the literature research method, the investigation research method, the case study method to explore the junior high school morals and the rule of law lesson etiquette education, with the person's overall development theory, the moral development stage theory, the moral development stage theory,Based on the theory of etiquette education with Chinese characteristics, the objective inevitability of etiquette education in moral and rule of law course in junior high school is analyzed.Through questionnaires and interviews, we find that the junior high school ethics and rule of law class etiquette education achievements are significant, but also there are not enough etiquette norms, etiquette norms awareness understanding, etiquette norms spirit is relatively weak.The satisfaction degree of etiquette education is not satisfactory.The reasons for the problems in etiquette education of moral and rule of law course in junior high school are summarized as follows: a few schools do not attach enough importance to etiquette education, some teachers' etiquette education literacy is insufficient, and the development of educational content is not in place.The evaluation methods of teaching are lack of multiple dimensions and the environment of etiquette education is not good enough.In view of the existing problems and reasons, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the etiquette education of moral and rule of law in junior high school: the school should change the idea, the etiquette education should be positioned correctly, the teacher should study the curriculum standard, change the educational idea, and improve the teaching method.Stimulate students' interest, enrich etiquette theory, improve educational skills, strengthen self-cultivation, pay attention to teaching by body, integrate teaching contents, dig etiquette knowledge, develop teaching resources, expand educational content, and evaluate students' differences.Carry out multivariate evaluation, perfect learning and follow up, control the whole process; finally, construct the good environment of etiquette education of family, network and society.
